Ray Vargo and Sonny Valerio are the two antagonists in the film Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai.
Ray was portrayed by the late Henry Silva, who also played Kurt Zagon in Above the Law and Bane in the DC Animated Universe, and Sonny was portrayed by the late Cliff Gorman.
History[]
After the assassin and hitman Ghost Dog attacked them and attempted to kill them, the two survived and trained to eliminate Ghost Dog and his boss. After having tracked down Reymond, a friend of Dog's, they attempted to eliminate him but failed. It's difficult to track down the hitman because he talks to some carrier pigeons. After a long time they equip themselves and find him. Louie, a friend of Vargo's daughter and in love with Ghost and Ghost, in a final fight with the two bosses, is won by Ghost, however a wounded Ghost tries to kill Louie, now a mafia member, but lets her go, dying peacefully with Pearline and Raymond.
