The Razorback is the titular main antagonist of the 1984 natural horror film of the same name.
Biography[]
Late at night when Jake Cullen is putting his two year old grandson to bed, he hears something outside, and goes out to investigate, only to have a gigantic boar smash through his home and snatch away the child to devour.
Two years later, a wildlife reporter Beth Winters goes to the same town to investigate kangaroos being sold as dog-meat, chasing after Benny and Dicko. When the two brothers overwhelm Beth and attempt to rape her, they are chased off by the beast which kills Beth. Her husband Carl goes to investigate, and meets the two brothers who take him on a hunting trip and after killing a kangaroo, they leave him to skin it for cooking. During which he falls asleep and has an odd dream. When he awakes he is chased by dozens of regular boars, spurred on by the razorback. They chase him to a windmill and when they are about to go in for the kill, they all flee when Carl falls into a pond, as none of the pigs knew how to swim.
Afterwards Carl wanders aimlessly through the desert, having an even stranger dream sequence, and comes across Sarah who is a friend of Jake's whose soul ambition is to kill the razorback that ruined his life.
When Jake goes to hunt the boar, he is attacked by Dicko. Dicko stabs both of Jake's legs so he is unable to walk, and after he crawls into a tin building he is attacked and killed by the boar, never getting the revenge he so wanted.
After finding Jake's body, Carl sees the evidence of what Dicko did and goes the factory, integrating Benny before dropping him down a mine shaft. Afterwards, Carl awaits for Dicko who he has a battle with before the razorback kills Dicko. Then Sarah arrives searching for Jack, the razorback chases her into the factory and she disappears. Carl, now enraged, stabs a metal pole through its throat and then lures it onto a conveyor belt which drops it into a large fan, slicing it to pieces. Afterwards, Jack finds Sarah and all is well and the task is done.
