The Red Girl is a minor antagonist of the 2023 animated Netflix film, The Monkey King, a loose adaptation of the Sun Wukong prologue from Journey to the West.
Biography[]
Red Girl is seen in the village trying to eat the village children when Monkey King arrives to stop her, as he has defeated 99 demons and only needs one more to complete his challenge. Declaring her to be "Number 100", he proceeds to fight her, destroying much of the village in the process, but eventually gets the upper hand when he outsmarts her into grabbing his magic stick, prompting her to hold it for ten seconds if she wants it, which she does. However, the stick starts spinning around violently, and eventually buries itself and the girl beneath the ground, before coming back up to the Monkey King's hand, leaving the girl buried under.

The Red Girl, ironically, has blue skin. Her eyes and outfit are both red, and her hair is purple and black. Her ears are pointed, and she wields a spear.
