Red Hood is an anti-villainous vigilante and the alias associated with Jason Peter Todd from the DC Comics. Red Hood made his debut on Detective Comics #168 (February 1951) and was an alias originally held by the person who would later become the Joker. Later on, Jason Todd would take his killer's mantle.
He was created by the late Bill Finger, the late Lew Schwartz, and the late Win Mortimer.
