Reddy Franz Redballs, simply known as Reddy, is a minor antagonist in the 2020 Roblox game, Regretevator.
It is an animatronic created at Shape Mania to perform at the Red Ball Diner. Amoral and incapable of feeling, Reddy attacks anybody it sees due to how horrifically undermaintained it is, thus becoming the main obstacle found on the Reddy's Underground Diner and FNARB floors.
While in the elevator, Reddy is a jovial figure who shoots out Squishies should the player use the Petal Cone on it, and will zap players should they use the Spray Bottle on it. Reddy will also talk with other NPCs in the elevator, where it is friendly and approachable. It will also occasionally read off of a script.
Appearance[]
Reddy is a coral red humanoid animatronic with the upper half of its left leg missing, revealing a metal bar. It also wears a dark-red tie. It also has white eyes with black pupils, large sunken-in eye sockets, and rounded teeth. Although not shown, Reddy is also revealed to have a built-in makeshift "surprise fridge" used for carrying around cakes in its chestplate, and what appears to be some fans built into its body.
Personality[]
Strictly speaking, Reddy is an unfeeling animatronic who reads off of a script unless it is being possessed. Outside of that, Reddy displays a jovial personality, often speaking with excitement and asking others around it to abide by the rules of the Red Ball Diner. On the floors it appears on, however, Reddy becomes a lot more aggressive, attacking the players in the dark. Regardless, it will go back to its friendly self once it has been repaired.
History[]
Story-wise, Reddy Franz Redball is an animatronic created at Shape Mania, alongside Octaède, Pyramid Mike, and Cool Cube Larry. They also are shown to perform at Red Ball Diner. Folly even hints that it contains souls inside of its body. At some point, an employee named Joshua Fritz tried to repair it, until it suddenly reactivated and caused him to immediately flee.
On the Reddy’s Underground Diner floor, Reddy will move whenever the lights turn off. It will chase after any players that it sees and will kill them once caught. Once the lights turn back on, the player must reset Reddy's systems. After a certain amount of resets, Reddy will join the elevator.
On the FNARB floor, Reddy will try to enter through a left or right doors for one minute. If they make it through, they’ll deal 90 damage to every player that’s in that floor. Afterwards, it'll enter the elevator. Additionally, they will kill Bive, if the latter leaves the elevator due to MR.

- It's based on Freddy Fazbear from Five Nights At Freddy’s.
- Unlike Freddy, however, Reddy isn’t possessed, therefore not having a soul. However, it is well programmed. Folly's words imply that Reddy may have souls inside of it, however.
- The diner that Reddy performs at is themed after the in-universe Reddy’s Red Ball Diner chain.
- Besides Reddy, who is a performer, Gregoriah and Emerson are heavily implied to work at the diner as well.
- Reddy is incredibly undermaintained. This may be the reason as to why it tries to attack the players on the Reddy's Underground Diner floor. In addition, said floor requires you to reset Reddy's system.
- Reddy makes a cameo appearance in Pressure, where it has a chance to appear inactive in a room.
- It will fall apart if MR is in the elevator, or the elevator is full.
