Reginald "Reggie" Bogdani is a major antagonist of the Albanian arc in the second season of Law & Order: Organized Crime. Reggie is a member of the Kosta Organization, the son of Agniezjka Bogdani and the nephew of Albi Briscu and Flutura Briscu.
Reggie is a low-level member of the Kosta Organization, an Albanian crime family. His uncle, Kosta underboss Albi Briscu, uses him as muscle to collect money from gamblers and drug addicts and burn down businesses owned by people who fail to pay up. While he is quick to anger and not very bright, he is unfailingly loyal to his family; in particular, he is a loving, dutiful son and caretaker to his elderly mother Agniezjka, who suffered a traumatic brain injury several years earlier after being shot in the head during a hit on her husband, Reggie's father.
When Detective Elliot Stabler of the NYPD's Organized Crime Bureau goes undercover as small-time criminal Eddie Wagner to bring down the Kosta Organization, an Albanian crime family, he befriends Reggie, who vouches for him to Briscu. Reggie and Stabler both get arrested for assaulting corrupt cops during a drug raid. After they are released from jail, Albi orders them to get him the drugs that were taken from him. Eventually, Reggie and Stabler find the drugs in the hands of a rival gang, the Marcy Killers, and deliver them to Albi. Albi tells them to go to war against the Marcy Killers, before the family's Don, Jon Kosta, calls it off at the last minute.
After the Marcy Killers and Kosta Organization forge an alliance, Reggie and Carmen "Nova" Riley, an undercover NYPD officer posing as Marcy Killers leader Preston Webb's protégé, raid a warehouse owned by two Italian gangsters. Reggie then murders both gangsters before ordering Stabler to set fire to the warehouse. In order to maintain his cover, Stabler pours gasoline on the bodies before lighting a match and blowing up the warehouse.
Soon afterward, Reggie witnesses Stabler beat up a potential partner of Kosta's who turned out to be Kosta's eldest daughter Grace's fiancé. Reggie panics after Kosta arranges to meet with Stabler, believing that the Don is going to have them both killed, but it turns out that Kosta, who has never liked Grace's fiancé, is willing to forgive the unintended slight if they rob Luka's bar. Reggie and Stabler do as they are told, but a woman sees them and calls the police. While the police watch Stabler, Reggie roughs up the bar's owner and takes his money. One of the bouncers tries to shoot Reggie, but Stabler saves his life and the two of them escape.
On Albi's orders, Reggie delivers a group of Albanian women the Kosta Organization is trafficking to corrupt politician Edmund Ross' party. A joint task force of detectives from the Organized Crime Bureau and the Special Victims Unit raids the party and arrests Ross for sex trafficking, but Stabler convinces the detectives, led by his former partner Captain Olivia Benson, to let Reggie go.
Kosta orders Reggie to murder Teddy Garcia, a gubernatorial candidate who has pledged to go after the Kosta Organization. Reggie believes that he is finally being given the chance to rise up in the family, but unbeknownst to him, Kosta plans to have him killed after taking care of Garcia in order to tie up loose ends. Reggie confides in Stabler that he is nervous about the hit because he has never killed anyone before. After reassuring Reggie that he can do it, Stabler alerts Garcia, Benson, and his fellow OCB detectives about the hit.
Reggie stakes out Garcia's house in preparation for killing him, but he is so scared that he takes drugs to calm his nerves. In a state of intoxication, Reggie accidentally shoots and kills Garcia's wife; upon realizing what he has done, Reggie panics and flees the scene. He then hides out in his neighborhood bar and watches in horror as a TV news show identifies him as the murderer.
Stabler finds an inebriated Reggie at the bar, tells him that the police are outside, and convinces him to surrender peacefully. He is taken into custody, where Sergeant Ayanna Bell and Detective Bill Brewster try to persuade him to testify against Kosta and Briscu. Reggie refuses to turn on the family - until Stabler reveals his true identity and threatens to put Reggie's elderly mother Agniezjka, who is also a member of the Kosta Organization, in prison. Fearing for his mother's life as well as his own, Reggie testifies against the Kosta Organization in court in exchange for witness protection.
After Agniezjka warns Kosta and Briscu about the police coming after them, she is arrested while she and Reggie are being taken into witness protection. Reggie at first refuses to honor his deal with the police unless both he and his mother are given witness protection. When Agniezjka turns on him by refusing to testify, however, a heartbroken Reggie enters the witness protection program on his own, working at a gas station under an assumed identity.
