Reika Hanehara is a member of NEVER and a supporting antagonist in Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate.
Reika uses the T2 Heat Memory to transform into the Heat Dopant.

Kamen Rider W Returns: Kamen Rider Eternal[]
Reika was originally a serial criminal who was gunned down while attempting to escape from Alcatraz Prison to avoid the death penalty. She was later revived by Katsumi Daido as a Necro-Over, becoming the newest member of NEVER. Coming to grips with her new existence, Reika hates the cold feeling of her undead body.
Reika and the rest of NEVER later took part in a mission to save the Quarks being experimented on by Doctor Prospect, only for the doctor to kill them all. Reika was unnerved at Katsumi's change in personality from witnessing their deaths, but believed there was some good left in him and continued to serve under him.
Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate[]
Reika later took part in the mission to Futo City to recover the 26 T2 Gaia Memories so Katsumi could use them to turn the population of the city into Necro-Overs. She fought Kamen Rider Joker but was defeated and fatally wounded by his Rider Kick Maximum Drive. As she begins to disintegrate, Reika manages goes Futo Tower and begs Daido for help, but her leader rejects her as just a tool. As she curses Daido for his cold heartedness, she falls into Shotaro's arms and fades away.
