Reinhardt is a supporting antagonist in Fire Emblem: Thracia 776. A talented wielder of thunder magic, Reinhardt is the general of House Friege's personal guard, the Gelbenritter. He is also the older brother of the mage knight Olwen, who initially idolizes him. However, Reinhardt's unwavering loyalty to Friege sours her opinion of him as she becomes aware of their role in the child hunts.
In Japanese, Reinhardt is voiced by Kentaro Tone. In English he is voiced by Christopher Corey Smith, who also voices Legion, Slayde, and Thales.
Appearance[]
Reinhardt is a young man with slick-backed black hair. He wears a black and white coat with gold accents, a white scarf around his neck, and matching white pants. Reinhardt also wears white gloves and two brown boots.
Personality[]
Reinhardt is a general of great integrity who treats his men, and even enemies on the battlefield, with great respect. As a knight, Reinhardt considers himself honor bound to unquestioningly serve House Friege; this sense of duty is further strengthened by Reinhardt's unrequited feelings for Ishtar, whom he was assigned to as a bodyguard. However, his continued servitude under his House crosses over into moral cowardice as Friege's ties to Prince Julius and the Loptr Church meant that all tacitly endorsed the Granvalle Empire's child hunts. This ruins what was formerly a strong and loving relationship with his sister Olwen.

Reinhardt is a playable character in the gacha mobile game Fire Emblem Heroes. He was added on February 27, 2017, under the "Sibling Bonds" banner, a second variation of him named "Thunder's Sword" was added on April 11, 2018, under the "World of Thracia" banner and a dancer variation was added on September 6, 2019, under the "A Splendid Soiree" banner and a rearmed variation was added on January 10, 2024, under the "New Heroes & Rearmed Reinhardt" banner. His resplendent skin for his normal variation was added on March 24, 2021.
Fire Emblem Engage[]
Reinhardt was mentioned by Leif in his paralogue, The Sage Lord. He recalls the battle at River Thracia when he sees the similar looking Bridges in a Row, he also remembers the battle against Reinhardt and Saias. Leif himself takes Reinhardt in a recreation of Chapter 22 of Fire Emblem: Thracia 776, Across the River.
