|~ Final words before death|
The Retro World is one of two main antagonists in episode 15 of the 2021 TV series Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger. He is Retro-themed World from the Kikaitopia Dynasty Tojitendo who was created from the Retro Tojiru Gear that contained Retrotopia. After his death, his Tojiru Gear lasted another life by reforming a Kudaitest into Great Retro World.
He was voiced by Yō Kitazawa, who also voiced the Great Retro World.
The Retro World made his first appearance as he transform the buildings and the items to what it looks like back in the 1920s or 30s, which surprised the civilians.
After the intro, Retro World goes around town as he explains about the items that he transformed that matches the 1920s such as a pink public phones, three-wheeled vehicles, and the aroma of Chinese noodles lingering in the town. Once the tour is over, he heard a song that oddly sounds familiar as soon as he looks up he was attacked by the arrival of Zox from his battleship, sending the Retro World tumbling down the stairs. As the battle goes on, the Zenkaiger's spots the fight from the hill as they join in as well. However, in order to not be beaten by the heroes, he used this ability as he transformed team's outfits to match the ones that were worn in 1920s, also turning Zox's ship into a wooden ship and his Geardalinger into a steering wheel. With that, the Retro World left the scene to enjoy his life, with the hero following in chase as if they don't defeat him anytime soon everyone will be so nostalgic that they won't leave.
Later, he appeared in an alleyway as he used the other ability causing all of the civilians to be depressed and un-motivated, but thankfully, the robotic heroes managed to stop this ability and went to his location, where Secchan found him.
The Retro World was then seen riding on a rickshaw as it was being pulled by a Kudakk, as he explains that at this rate he'll suck out out all of the motivation of the entire world if his puller wasn't shot by the not depressed heroes. With that, the heroes transformed and dueled with Retro World and the minions. Once the soldiers were out they began to attack the Retro World and during the skirmish he was left with broken face, so from his Tokiwomodo Sword he temporarily rewind the moment in battle to the point where he wasn't injured, but they used Sentai Gear #24 to fast forward to the point where he got injured and then he was eventually destroyed by the Zenkai Buster Finish technique, thus undoing his actions.
- The Retro World's design brings a homage to the Television Mask from 1976 TV series called Himitsu Sentai Gorenger, but to be specific it is his head.
