Retsu is the main antagonist of Final Fight 2. He was the leader of the revived Mad Gear Gang and the final boss of the game. Apparently, Retsu attempted to take the place of former Mad Gear head Belger, but failed. He appeared in a full kabuki costume with a massive build and long pink hair. After Belger died, Retsu became the gang's leader and kidnapped Maki's grandfather and sister. He fought against Maki in her dojo in Japan, but was defeated and killed by her. Maki kicked him out the dojo's window sending him falling to his death.
