The Reynolds Family are the main antagonists of the adult sitcom, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

They are a dysfunctional middle-class family that have built up a reputation from those around them for their sociopathic and abusive nature. They are also the extended family of the gang members, Frank, Dennis, and Dee, as well as one of the main factors of their villainy.

• Despite taking the Reynolds name, a majority of the villainy comes from Barbara and her side of the family, with Frank and Gino being the exceptions.
• Assuming Frank's breakdown in The Gang Gets Analyzed is true, Dennis and Dee were going to have a triplet brother named Donnie, but Dennis and Dee "devoured" him.
• There is a continuity error in Season One where Heinrich told Charlie that Frank was his son, when Season Eight says that Barbara was his daughter.
• Donna and Gail are the only shown members who haven't done anything villainous.
