Ricardo is a minor antagonist of the 1965 James Bond film Thunderball. He is a member of SPECTRE who serves on the Disco Volante.
He was portrayed by the stuntman Ian Bulloch.
Ricardo is briefly seen in the background in Emilio Largo's villa during the execution of Quist for failing to spy on MI6 agent James Bond. He later appears again when he, Fiona Volpe and another henchman abduct Bond's contact Paula Caplan, who commits suicide by ingesting her cyanide pill while being interrogated by Ricardo. Bond later knocks Ricardo out when he arrives at Largo's villa.
After Bond escapes from the villa, Ricardo, Volpe, Janni and several others pursue him to the Kiss Kiss club, where Volpe intercepts Bond, engaging him in a dance. However, Bond spins her in the way of a bullet fired by one of the henchmen, forcing Ricardo and the others to flee.
During the final battle between the American military and SPECTRE, Ricardo, Largo and another man attack Bond in the cockpit of Largo's ship the Disco Volante. During the brawl, Ricardo is punched by Bond, knocking him into the sea, where he presumably drowns.
