Physical Appearance[]

Rick O' Shea has an apricot-colored skin tone, tufts of orange hair sticking out from the back of his mask, and a similarly colored beard on his chin. He wears a light green mask with a white-bordered shamrock symbol on the forehead. He also wears a large green hat with a black belt and golden buckle above the brim, a light green wrestling leotard, matching wristbands fastened with golden cufflinks, and black shoes.

Personality[]

Rick O’ Shea is a villainous and deceitful character who is a leprechaun-themed masked wrestler, his personality is characterized by his malicious intentions and his reliance on trickery and bad luck to get his way. He mimics the protagonist, Rikochet, in an attempt to get him into trouble and steal his identity and uses a special coin to bring bad luck to Rikochet during a match, a clear violation of the "Code of Masked Wrestling". His main goal in his appearance is to cause problems for Rikochet and blame him for his own misdeeds and essentially, Rick O' Shea embodies the traits of a rudo (a villain in lucha libre), using underhanded tactics and his bad-luck powers to win matches and manipulate others.

Powers and Abilities[]

Rick O' Shea's primary power is his ability to manipulate luck, specifically by bringing bad luck to his opponents. He achieves this through the use of a special, presumably enchanted coin. His main ability is to cause misfortune to befall others, primarily his opponent in a wrestling match. This is a direct violation of the "Code of Masked Wrestling". He can also mimic the appearance and behavior of Rikochet to impersonate him and cause trouble. As a core part of his character, he relies heavily on underhanded tactics, cheating, and manipulation rather than genuine wrestling skills or strength to win. He does not exhibit typical lucha skills like the "Pulverizing Pinball" or "Spinning Top" moves associated with Rikochet; instead, his "abilities" center on using his leprechaun theme to cheat the system.

Background[]

During the match between Rikochet and El Haystack Grande, Rick O' Shea appeared out of nowhere and tied his shoes before he wrestles him once more. However, he was tripped with his laces tied which caused Rikochet to cheat. Then, Rick O' Shea uses the hammer to smash Mr. Midcarda's foot. He gives the hammer to Rikochet and he was then, blamed for smashing his foot and he was now in trouble.

After the match, he appeared on his back and starts mocking Buena Girl which caused their friendship torn apart. Meanwhile, he appeared in the reflection as Rikochet was confused. However, he realized that he wanted him to cheat and bring bad luck to him, so he can be a bad masked wrestler because other leprechauns were making fun of him for his name. Rikochet declares that he wouldn't cheat, so he finds him in the mailbox and wrestle him which causes him to even get more trouble by Headmistress and was sent to a Funny Farm for not believing who he was.

Then, he challenges Rikochet to a match, however, he would steal his name, if he lost the match. Before the match, he uses his two unlucky charms to transport Rikochet to Leprechaun Land which their match will take place and broadcast their match over the reflections.

During their match, he uses his unlucky charms to cheat to make himself bigger and tries to smash him. Then, he reveals that he can do whatever he wants, so he can cheat and win the match. He then, tries to lightning him by using unlucky charms, but he got away. However, he smashes him with a giant, blarney stone. As Rikochet continues to say that he would never cheat, he felt crazier.

He had plans to trick Rikochet that will bring him bad luck and hurt him once and for all. First, he plans for him to open the door, and he will be slammed by a bag of anvil. He tells him that there is free pot of gold inside, but he insisted him to open the door, and he was slammed by a bag of anvil. Then, he makes a soup for him, so he can eat the soup, but he insisted him to sit and eat. However, he finds that there was a giant bug in a soup and chomps him. Rikochet tells him to buy a soda in the vending machine by using his two unlucky charms as a change from a dollar, only for him to become upset and he pins Rick O' Shea down.

Back in the ring, Rikochet uses some of his wrestling moves such as the corkscrew move as he defeats him. After being beaten, he pins him for one last time before he was defeated by Rikochet and he gets his name and identity back.
