Riff Raff is the secondary antagonist of the Underdog franchise. He is an anthropomorphic wolf gangster who leads a gang that often carries out various crime waves, though they are usually stopped by Underdog.
Riff Raff is voiced by Allen Swift impersonating George Raft in the cartoon. In the film, Riff Raff was voiced by Brad Garrett.
