Rika is one of the main antagonist in the second installment of Touhou Project, Story of Eastern Wonderland she is a tank engineer who created a several tanks and Bakebake to defeat Reimu. Her reason for being hostile toward Reimu were never explained.
Biography[]
After Reimu and Genji defeating numerous tanks and Bakebake, they encounter Rika, who reveals that she is their creator. Rika then use her Flower tank to defeat them, but fails. After her defeats. She sobs and runs away, but Reimu chooses not to chase her, suspecting it might be a trap.
In Extra Stage, Rika encounter Reimu and Genji again with her flying tank, Evil Eyes Sigma, which she had intended to use it as a trap for Reimu. However, she is once again defeated.
