Spy Army Leader Rikki is one of the generals of the Waller Empire, serving as leader of its all-female spy division as well as the superior of Shadow and Gasher, and a major antagonist in Jikuu Senshi Spielban.
She was played by Michiko Nishiwaki.
Biography[]
Rikki accompanied the rest of Waller's forces when they traveled to Earth to invade it and steal its water to empower their Guardian Spirit. As they arrived, Rikki noted that her spy team needed water to clean their Super LSI chips. Disguising herself as a beautiful noblewoman, Rikki headed to Earth on a scouting mission, during which she drew the attention of Daigorou.
Rikki was later sent out to retrieve Helen after she lost power as Hellvira following her first fight with Spielban. She, along with Shadow and Gasher, cornered Helen as she was playing with some children at a playground and forced her to become Hellvira again after she refused to return to Waller.
After Youki was created by Waller, Rikki was immediately suspicious of the new addition to the Waller ranks, fearing he might displace her and possibly even try to usurp Guillotine. After Guillotine refused to hear her concerns, Rikki requested General Deathzero make a Battle Mechanoid for her so she could use it to prove her worth.
After the Battle Mechanoid was destroyed by Spielban however, Youki returned to the Waller Fortress and informed Pandora that someone had interfered in his plan by sending out the Battle Mechanoid. Deathzero was quick to pin the entire responsibility on Rikki and, as punishment for her interference, Rikki was petrified by Pandora and turned into a throne for Youki to sit on. After Youki's demise, the throne was given to Guillotine's pet hamster, Poss.
