Rina Davitt is a minor antagonist in The Rookie.
She is portrayed by Stevie Lynn Jones.
Biography[]
Not much is known of his life, other than she was born on November 13, 2000, as mentioned by Celina Juarez. She has one brother Ace and both had criminal ties with the Eastern Front. Rina once served a two-month stint in jail for disorderly conduct in 2021 and had a sheet for other petty crimes.
The Good, The Bad, And The Oscar[]
Rina answered an online dating site, where she match with Miles Penn, a police officer. When the pair met, things went well and they made friendly small talk about his job. However, Penn noticed her necklace with the number 7 and got suspicious. Excusing himself, Penn contacted his friend/co-worker Celina Juarez and voided a belief that Rina may have ties with the Eastern Front because they use the number. Juarez ran her name through the LAPD database and discovered her record, just as Penn overheard voices outside. Juarez tells Penn that Rina and her brother run with the Eastern Front, something he figures, once he sees the voices belonging to members of the Eastern Front outside who are planning to ambush and kidnap him after Rina lures him out. Penn and Juarez deduce the attack is because the Mid-Wilshire team arrested most of the gang.
The Eastern Front noticed Penn watching them, as he moves to escape. Penn rushes past a protesting Rina and quickly move to escape, whilst being pursued by the Eastern Front.
Fortunately, Penn eluded them and the Eastern Front chasing Penn were then arrested by Lucy Chen and the Dream Team and charged with attempted murder, while its unknown if Rina evaded LAPD.
