Risa Fukami (深海 理沙 Fukami Risa) is the captain of GA JGSDF division, assigned to Unit G3, and the main antagonist in Kamen Rider Agito: Project G4. She copied the data from Ozawa's computer which is linked to G4.
Once she got what he needed, she walked out of Unit G3 and made a G4 suit, intending to perfect it so that it could be mass produced.
She was portrayed by Maju Ozawa.
Biography[]
Risa Fukami is an officer from the GA division, Risa is in charge of the educational facilities that take advantage of the orphan's psychic abilities. When a high ESP level caught the attention of the Ant Lords, Risa only saw the massacre as a failed experiment. Stealing information from Unit G3 after being assigned to work with them, Risa completes the lethal G4 System and equips suicide-seeking volunteers with her until she can find a way to be mass-produced, killing several of her own soldiers over a two month period. After kidnapping Mana Kazaya, Risa connected her to a machine that absorbed her psychs power and transfered it to the G4 System. Realizing that she had brought the Ant King to her base to kill even more people, Risa used some of her soldiers as human shields, after she watched G3-X and G4 battle, she was murdered and eaten alive by Ant Lords.
