Rivera is an antagonist in Lupin III: The Hemingway Papers.
Appearance[]
Rivera is a man with freckles who usually wears a red shirt.
Biography[]
When Consano reveals he has a trump card, he has Rivera bring him, Jigen, forward. Jigen proceeds to shoot the lenses of the snipers' rifles.
When Carlos responds by sending out Goemon Ishikawa, Rivera watches as the samurai cuts apart the bikes of him and his comrades.
He then watches as Consano frustradedly yells for Jigen to shoot Goemon.
After Jigen was caught trying to kill Mash, Rivera has him thrown into the dungeon until he hears Consano's order. He later returns with Crazy Mash to take Jigen to a fight to the death with Goemon, locking the cell on Zenigata when he tries to leave.
Partway into the valley of death, Rivera spots Lupin and company spying on him and both armies, leading to Mash's mercenary team and a group of soldiers from both armies pursuing them. After two sets of soldiers were dispatched, Rivera gives the order to return fire.
He pretty much died when a flood claimed many lives from both armies, including him.
