Roaming Demon or just Demon is a major character in Rope Hero Hell Rise. Like its name suggests, it is a Demon who is gives some jobs to Rope Hero for its own fun.

Roaming Demon appears as person who loves roaming around with vehicles and chaos.

First Mission[]
Roaming Demon tells Rope Hero to steal a tank from military and after he steals it, they roaming around the city with stolen tank until Roaming Demon gets bored.
