Roartz is a supporting antagonist from the video game Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade. Roartz is the great high chancellor of Etruria, up until he along with another noble named Arcard both sold out they own country and sided with Bern.
Appearance
Roartz is a old man with a sharp nose, big, brown eyebrows, light-yellow hair, and purple armor.
Biography
Roartz is first seen at the Capital of Etruria, Aquleia, where he meets up with Arcard, where both of them were tasked in defending the capital with Narcian and Douglas against the Lycian army, but being the cowardly noble he is, Roartz decides to ran away from the battle, with Arcard following along with him. Douglas tries to stop them from fleeing, but he failed to keep them, Narcian, or the capital under control.
Both Roartz and Arcard flee to ether Sacae or Llia, where he is tasked by Brunnya or Murdock to defend a manor in Bulgar or Castle Edessa in Ilian. However, just like Arcard before him, Roartz dies regardless.

Roartz appears in Fire Emblem: The Champion's Sword in Chapter 28, with him and Arcard are about to flees Aquleia before both are killed by Jemmie.
