~ Robert after Jimmy McGill "saves" him. |
Robert Williams is a minor character in the crime drama series Better Call Saul. He is a former client of Jimmy McGill who poses as a billboard worker for a publicity stunt.
He was portrayed by Eddie J. Fernandez.
History[]
Robert Williams was one of the criminals that Jimmy represented when he worked as a public defender. When Jimmy is desperately in need of clients, he hires Robert to impersonate a billboard worker. As Robert pretends to start taking down Jimmy's advertisement on the billboard, Jimmy has a film crew to shoot a video about his billboard being removed. During Jimmy's speech, Robert fakes a fall and dangles from a ledge, being held up only by his harness. Jimmy rushes to the rescue, climbing up the billboard and pulling him to safety as the film crew and onlookers watch and record. Jimmy and Robert shake hands, revealing they had staged the accident to gain publicity for Jimmy's law services.
Trivia[]
- Robert Williams' actor, Eddie Fernandez, also plays one of the Cartel hitmen in Breaking Bad that take Duane Chow hostage. It is not confirmed if they are the same character.
