General Roberto Guerro is the main antagonist of the 2011 video game Uncharted: Golden Abyss. He is the former dictator of Panama who is currently fighting the new Panamanian government as the leader of a revoloutinary guerilla army.
He was voiced by JB Blanc, who also played Enrico Maxwell in the Hellsing series, Nigel Bloch in James Bond 007: Agent Under Fire, Alighiero Alighieri in Dante's Inferno, Bane in Batman: Arkham Origins, Tower of Sauron in Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, Bane in Batman: The Enemy Within, Chuck Lorentz in Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus DLC The Diaries of Agent Silent Death, Kano in Mortal Kombat 11, Arash Kadivar in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Kuben Blisk in the Titanfall franchise.

Background[]
A decade prior to Golden Abyss, Guerro was the military dictator of Panama before being overthrown by a coup d'état. He escaped his execution by the new regime, with his loyalists, he formed his revolutionary army to hound new government forces, and regain his throne. However, without a good source of income, Guerro was unable to compete with the new government, so he build up some cash by ordering abductions and drug-dealing.
Later in some time before Golden Abyss, Guerro had enough money to equip his army with weapons, vehicles. explosives and turrets, but still needed more. Guerro was approached by archaeologist Vincent Perez and his partner Jason Dante, who both were looking for golden city Quivira. Guerro agreed to help with Perez to investigate the ruins within his territory, he planned to kill Perez and Dante after getting the gold, however, Guerro allowed Dante to take over the excavation site after Perez's disappearance.
Golden Abyss[]
Dante contacted Drake to help him at the dig site, but Guerro was not pleased with Drake and Marisa Chase, Perez's granddaughter running around the forest without his consent, which results in Guerro captured both of them to his compound, Chase successfully escapes and set the compound on fire to act as a distraction to rescue Drake. Guerro ordered his men to put out the fires and find Chase, as she had a gold amulet which was a key to Quivira, Guerro and his men cornered Drake and Chase to a cliff, but they both jumped off the cliff and escaped.
Later, Guerro and Dante followed Drake and Chase to the underground chamber which held the Sword of Stephan, which had the symbols that revealed the location of Quivira. When Dante entered the chamber, Guerro leaved him with Drake in it while he took Chase hostage with the sword and the amulet. Guerro ordered his men to detonate the explosives around the chamber in an attempt to kill them, but they escaped. Guerro and his men made it to the jungle after Chase inscribed the symbols on the sword to find Quivira, while Dante hired a group of mercenaries to fight against Guerro's army and claim the treasure for himself.
Inside the cavern, Guerro's men began to set up charges to get rid of Dante and Drake once and for all. After Drake and Chase realized the gold was radioactive, they detonated the charges and caused the cave to collapse. Before they could exit the cave, they were ambushed by Guerro with a rocket launcher. Drake made his way up, and fought Guerro before tricking him onto a burning bridge, that collapsed and caused his fall to death.
