Robin Mask is a character in the anime/manga series Kinnikuman.
In Japanese, Robin Mask would be voiced by the late Daisuke Gori who also voiced Heihachi Mishima from the Tekken series.
In the Scramble for the Throne season of the anime, Robin Mask would be voiced by Michihiro Ikemizu who also voiced Spike in Dragon Ball and other Kinnikuman characters such as Kinnikuman Super Phoenix.
In the 4kids dub of Kinnikuman Nisei, Robin Mask was voiced by Dan Green who also voiced Yugi Moto in Yu-Gi-Oh and Mewtwo in the Pokémon anime.
In the Perfect Origin Arc, Robin Mask would be voiced by Katsuyuki Konishi who also voiced Diavolo in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and Rayquaza in Pokémon: Destiny Deoxys.
Biography[]
Kinnikuman[]
Robin Mask would make his first appearance during the 20th Chojin Olympics as the Chojin representative for England. He would make his way through the preliminaries and all the way to the finals, beating everyone and having to fight against Kinnikuman. Before their battle, a stipulation was made that whoever lost the match would be banished from their home country.
The two would fight with Robin Mask holding the advantage in terms of strength, speed and skill. Despite being able to easily best Kinnikuman, he would help him during the fight with Robin Mask fixing Kinnikuman's tilted neck. After the first round, Robin Mask felt he was going to easy on Kinnikuman and after he accidentally took off Robin Mask's mask, he became enraged and fought to kill Kinnikuman, only stopping after he thought he did in the horror of what he had done, however, Kinnikuman was still alive, faking an injury and surviving before beating Robin Mask.
After his loss, Robin Mask was forced to leave England. He moved to Africa and lives with his wife until his determination to become the champion again would overwhelm him and Robin Mask would run away, leaving his wife behind as he chased after Kinnikuman. Robin Mask would be found by the World Supermen Federation and work for them as a murderous wrestler in a desperate attempt to defeat Kinnikuman. Soon he would meet Kinnikuman again, now determined to never lose and would challenge Kinnikuman to a fight.
Despite his anger toward Kinnikuman, after he was captured by the World Supermen Federation, Robin Mask still snuck food and water into his cell so Robin Mask could fight Kinnikuman in a fair fight.
Kinnikuman and Robin Mask would fight in a ring above the Grand Canyon, neither of them knowing that the match was rigged so they would both die. Skull Bozu would make Iwao fly a plan at the two, Robin Mask would quickly push Kinnikuman out of the way and the plan would crash directly into him, almost crushing him. Just as Kinnikuman pulled the plane off of Robin Mask, Skull Bozu blow up the ring's support tower, sending Robin Mask falling to his death.
Robin Mask would survive but would be rendered too injured to wrestle again. Robin Mask would travel the world in order to find the Chojin who he could train to avenge his loss.
By the 21st Chojin Olympics, Robin Mask would disguise himself as the mysterious Mr. Barracuda, the mentor of Warsman who taught him to act as cruel and murderous as possible. During his time as Mr. Barracuda, Robin Mask would act far more harsh toward those around him, attacking people with chains if they got too close to Warsman and having Warsman training be murdering death row inmates.
Once Robin Mask learned that Kinnikuman was wearing a mask and that if he is seen without it then he will be punished with death, he had the stipulation of Warsman and Kinnikuman's fight is that the loser has to take off their mask.
During their match, once Warsman turned against Robin Mask, Warsman turned against him, punching Robin Mask away before continuing his fight against Kinnikuman.
After this point, Robin Mask would act like a hero again, being humbled by Kinnikuman.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Chojin Physiology: As a Chojin, Robin Mask has superhuman strength, speed and durability. Other abilities that Chojin have that Robin Mask has is the ability to grow to be as large as a building and the ability to fly without wings or thrusters, even in the vacuum of space.
- Analo Staff: During his battle against Kinnikuman Mariposa, he would obtain the Analo Staff that Mariposa stole from him and would use it for himself. The Analo Staff grants anyone who wields it the ability to generate and control fire as well as granting the user protection against the fire he generates.

- Robin Mask's body build is based on real-world English wrestler Billy Robinson.
- Robin Mask's favorite book is "The Tale of Genji" and his favorite word is "Love".
- Robin Mask, alongside Kinnikuman, Terryman, Buffaloman and Warsman, appeared in the one-chapter crossover comic with KochiKame: Tokyo Beat Cops where he goes to Tokyo police to report that he was the victim of a theft, more specifically, his armor had been stolen from him.
