The Robo-Masks are minor antagonists in the PJ Masks television series.

They are a trio of acolytes that Romeo made in order to kidnap the PJ Masks. Each of the robots is equipped with a circuit board that is powered by an Super Computer.

They are the secondary antagonists of the episode Catboy vs. Robo-Cat.

History[]

Connor, Amaya, and Greg are seen throwing a frisbee when the episode opens. Connor misses catching his frisbee as they practice their playing techniques, so he dashes over to get it. He comes back to find Amaya and Greg gone. He notices their frisbees left behind and initially believes it to be a joke. There is a circuit board under one of them. That evening, when he scans it with the PJ Picture Player, he finds a robot, indicating that Romeo has taken them hostage.

Using his Super Cat Ears, Catboy locates Romeo at the end of the alley. Gekko and Owlette make an appearance, presumably doing his bidding. When a few voices cry out, Catboy hurls a few furballs at a lamppost to illuminate the cause. The real Amaya and Greg are depicted as being held captive in two of the cages since they lack their powers during the day, while the Owlette and Gekko outside are actually robot clones. Romeo intends to conquer the world by capturing the PJ Masks.

Amaya requests that Catboy release Greg and her so they can assist him. Catboy is ready to grab their pajamas because he thinks they can't do it without their powers, but Romeo reveals that he already has them in his lab. With the aid of Romeo's Super Computer, which it took him two years to develop, power, and polish his robots, Robo-Owl and Robo-Gekko also have lasers that can briefly freeze anything, such as Catboy's tail, when they pursue him.

Romeo will now have ample time to imprison Catboy, something he was unable to achieve earlier. Once he has done this and is conscious of having his circuit board nearby, he can go get it and use it to power up Robo-Cat. When Catboy is shot with a laser by Robo-Gekko, he gets into the Cat-Car upside down. After a while, the zapping stops, and his tail unfreezes. He then hits the autopilot button on his control panel, and the car starts to move.

When Catboy hears Romeo's lab approaching, he gets himself together and gets ready to turn back. He is obstructed by Robo-Owl, but he brushes it off and drives it away with the Cat-Car's Cat Roar. As Robo-Gekko boards his car, he fastens his seatbelt. He is shot out, though, when it fires a laser at the eject button. Romeo and the Robo-Masks return to the alleyway as he parachute down. When Catboy returns to free Amaya and Greg, the robots keep a watch out for him.

Greg and Amaya observe the Cat-Car but not the Catboy. They use Amaya's pink wing hairclip to remove the cage bars so they may assist him, worried that something terrible has happened to him. Even when they claim they don't need their superpowers, Catboy rushes back, creeps in from above, and cautions them not to flee because they lack such abilities. He begins to move, but by accident clattering the cages together, he draws Romeo's notice.

To lead Robo-Owl away, Catboy sprints across the structures and leaps into the Cat-Car. Robo-Gekko grabs the circuit board from him while holding him down and tosses it to Robo-Owl, who then hands it to Romeo. He places it inside Robo-Cat and watches as it turns on. He struggles to get free of Robo-Gekko and then presses a button with his tail to move the Cat-Car. He leaps at Romeo after being set free, but the latter dodges and lands on the Super Computer's button, activating Robo-Cat.

They trap Catboy when all of the Robo-Masks are turned on, and Robo-Cat then uses its lasers to freeze him. Suddenly, a garbage can lid flies in and directs them toward it. Amaya and Greg are in charge, and they've gotten away owing to Amaya's hairpin. After finally recognizing that they can assist even without their powers, Catboy expresses his gratitude to them for saving him and regrets not allowing them to earlier. The magical pajamas are in a lab that he opens after running over to Romeo to get his remote control, giving them to Amaya and Greg so they can finally become Gekko and Owlette.

Once recovered, Robo-Cat goes after Catboy as Robo-Owl and Robo-Gekko fight with Owlette and Gekko. Catboy escapes, but when he examines the four figures, he is unable to identify the true Owlette and Gekko. He picks up a few trash can lids that were dispersed during the attack but keeps one for himself because he knows who his pals are. The squad executes their unique frisbee move as the actual Owlette and Gekko catch them with their throws.

In a brief period of time, Robo-Gekko is imprisoned in one of the cages, and Robo-Cat and Robo-Owl collide. Catboy misses catching it and dashes off to retrieve his garbage can lid. He throws it at Romeo's Super Computer as the two robots recuperate and move closer to Gekko and Owlette. It is destroyed, and the Robo-Masks are permanently shut down.
