Robo-Patrick is a major antagonist and the second robot boss in the video game SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom and its 2020 remake Battle for Bikini Bottom - Rehydrated.
As his name suggests, he is a robotic duplicate of Patrick Star and aids the robots to take over Bikini Bottom. Alike his original counterpart, he is voiced by Bill Fagerbakke.
Biography[]
Upon reaching the Industrial Park, Robo-Patrick is seen ambushing a running Squidward, right before he uses his frost breath to freeze him, prompting SpongeBob and Sandy to save him, after noticing the sticky note on his back.
Console versions[]
First Phase[]
Robo-Patrick has really basic attacks, where he will spit toxic waste at SpongeBob, or attempt to smash him with his drum if he gets too close. Eventually, Robo-Patrick will spin to drizzle toxic waste everywhere, before getting dizzy and collapses, allowing an opening to be made on him.
Second Phase[]
After being hit enough times, he will freeze a distracted SpongeBob, who attempts to rescue Squidward, and prompting Sandy to fill in and fight him instead.
In the second phase, Robo-Patrick will pull a lever down to release toxic waste around him, along with being able to belch a wave of toxic waste right at Sandy. However, he is eventually further damaged.
Third Phase[]
Upon using the lever again to release even more toxic waste around the battlefield, the heat of it causes it to melt the ice blocks Squidward and SpongeBob were trapped in. SpongeBob then decides to finish things off against the giant robot.
In the third phase, Robo-Patrick will attempt to use his frost breath to freeze SpongeBob again, as he reuses all of his attacks from the first two phases. Eventually SpongeBob manages to damage him enough, causing him to scream and explode.
Game Boy Advance versions[]
In the GBA version of this game, instead of appearing in the Industrial Park, he instead appears in Jellyfish Fields where the real Patrick notices him. He then chases SpongeBob around it, until the latter is able to use nearby Bomb-Bots to fight back, eventually deceiving him, much to the real Patrick's dismay.
Other appearences[]
In the SpongeBob SquarePants Movie game, he appears in a picture frame in the level, Sundae Driving.
In the PlayStation Portable's version of SpongeBob's Truth or Square, he is seen in a picture in Rock Bottom.
