It is a company created by Dr. Scum that creates evil robots.

Main Article: Dr. Scum

Dr. Scum was the founder and ceo of Robo-Time Industries. Using his intelligence and the help of his assistants, he has created numerous evil robots.

Mayor[]

Main Article: Mayor (Dog Man)

The mayor had somehow met Dr. Scum before, and she made him his assistant. Because of it, Dr. Scum made her the second-in-command of Robo-Time Industries. However, she had been arrested and sent to Mayor Jail.

Petey[]

Main Article: Petey the Cat

Petey the Cat was forced to work for Robo-Time Industries so that Dr. Scum could give him, his son Li’l Petey, and 80-HD an A.I. Buddy that looked like Dog Man so that they could use it to replace Dog Man, who was getting an unlawful jail sentence of infinity by Maude and Judge, so that the A.I. Buddy went to jail instead. However, Petey decided to quit Robo-Time Industries.

History[]

Dog Man[]

The organization was first introduced as one of the two supporting antagonistic factions (alongside the Weenies) in the first Dog Man book.

One day, Mayor came to the police station and showed Chief some bad news. She threatened to fire him and left. Then, Dog Man heard the words 'evil plan' from Mayor as she left, so he followed her straight to the factory. There, Mayor and Dr. Scum talked about Robo-Chief, a robot they would use to replace Chief. All they needed was for Petey to escape again.

Using the can of Invisible Spray, a spray can that makes anything sprayed with it invisible, that Mayor sent, Petey was able to escape Cat Jail. Word got around, and there was a newspaper about Petey's escape. So, Mayor and Dr. Scum went back to the COPS station and fired Chief, replacing him with Robo-Chief. Then, Dr. Scum and his bandit friends created illegal stores. However, the cops were not allowed to shut the stores down.

However, Petey decided to act like a ghost and take off and put back on customers' pants, scaring them away. Dr. Scum learned and informed Mayor, who sent Robo-Chief to destroy Petey. However, Petey ended up destroying Robo-Chief. So, Mayor sent Dog Man to arrest Petey, who was able to do so. At the ceremony for Dog Man for capturing Petey, Dog Man showed a video that he made when he learned about the evil plan Mayor and Dr. Scum had. This caused Mayor to be arrested. However, Dr. Scum was never arrested.

For Whom the Ball Rolls[]

The organization returned as the main antagonistic faction in the seventh book, Dog Man: For Whom the Ball Rolls.

One day, Dr. Scum had created the idea for his next invention, the Crime Crabs. However, while they were strong enough to destroy the world, Dr. Scum feared that they wouldn't destroy Dog Man. However, a news report came not much later showing Dog Man being scared of a ball that Chief sent, due to the fact that he was sent with therapy that made him take a bath everytime he took a ball. Because of this, Dr. Scum changed his plans from the Crime Crabs to the Burgle Balls.

After a while, Dr. Scum finished making the Burgle Balls and sent them outside to steal eveytging from every store in the city. However, they had stolen only childish things, so Dr. Scum had sent them out again. However, Petey's robot, named the Robo-Rat 2000, had eaten all the Burgle Balls. Due to this, Dr. Scum got into the cockpit of the Colossal-Bot 2000 and came outside to fight the Robo-Rat. Dr. Scum succeeded by zapping the Robo-Rat and Petey with a laser beam that trapped them into a tarcoal tomb.

However, due to the fact that the Robo-Rat had eaten all the Burgle Balls and turned into a catterpillar, it had somehow metamorphized into a butterfly. Then, Petey used the Ratterfly's laser at the end of it to destroy the Colossal-Bot 2000. As Dr. Scum ran away, he tripped on Big Jim, who was there eating cupcackes. Then, two cops came and arrested Dr. Scum.

However, as they were walking to Dude Jail, they walked by the factory. Dr. Scum told the officers he needed to use the restroom, so they allowed him to go inside the factory to go to the bathroom. However, Dr. Scum had been working on a new invention, the A.I. Buddy, and sent one of the A.I. Buddies that looked like him outside to be arrested instead of him.

Mothering Heights[]

The organization returns briefly as a minor antagonistic faction inside a dream of Chief’s in the tenth book, Dog Man: Mothering Heights.

Somehow, Dr. Scum had kidnapped Dog Man and Milly and tied them up, and threatened to kill them with his latest invention, the Robo-Shark Duck. However, a buff Chief came and squished Dr. Scum and tossed him away. Then, he put his hand inside of the Robo-Shark Duck's mouth and ripped out its exoskeleton.

The Scarlet Shedder[]

The organization returned as the main antagonistic faction of the twelfth book, Dog Man: The Scarlet Shedder.

On the day Chief was married, he had made Maude the temporary chief while he was gone for his honeymoon. Using that power, she and the corrupt judge in the city unlawfully sentenced Dog Man for infinity years in jail. That was the chance Dr. Scum needed, so he went to Petey, who was protesting (since Petey became a good guy) for Dog Man, and offered him an A.I. Buddy that looked exactly like Dog Man to replace Dog Man with. However, Petey had to work for Dr. Scum in mass-producing A.I. Buddies. Petey agrees and comes to the factory the next day, where Dr. Scum moves his factory next to Petey's lab.

Then, Dr. Scum creates a 3D face scanner and uses it to create public A.I. Buddies. Soon enough, the entire population was filled with A.I. Buddies. That's when the Dr. Scum A.I. Buddy that was sent to go to jail for Dr. Scum plus the Dog Man A.I. Buddy, who had both destroyed Dude Jail and escaped, creates an evil speech and creates a huge robot of A.I. Buddies joined together. When Dog Man, Li’l Petey, 80-HD, and Molly try to stop it, they get trapped by the robot.

Meanwhile, Petwy had slept on the job and had a dream about his mom telling him to react the right way to what's going on at that moment. So, Petey quits the organization and rips up the contract he signed to join it and hijacked an airplane of Dr. Scum's and used it to go inside the giant robot's nose and turn it off. Then, Li’l Petey used his new lightning mittens to blow up the giant robot. Then, Dr. Scum comes, and Molly asks who he is, to which Dr. Scum accidentally confesses how hw was the bad guy the whole book. Then, a cop came in all of a sudden and handcuffed Dr. Scum and sent him to an unknown jail, ultimately ending Robo-Time Industries.
