The Robot Commissioner is a minor antagonist in Ultraseven, appeared as the secondary antagonist of the "Nightmare on Planet No. 4". He is the commissioner of the Planet No.4's law enforcing patrol and the one whose in charge to the corrupt laws being enforced to "punish" humans under minor offenses and wrongfully.
He is portrayed by Bin Morizuka.
Personality[]
The Robot Commissioner is rather seem to be loyal to his Chief, but then again is still rather evil and cold towards others he is willing to harm when enforcing the laws to "punish" anyone who crosses them, not even willing to hesitate on harming a child who was a victim blamed for the hit and run.
While cold-hearted, he's also rather silent in most of the scenarios.
Biography[]
2000 years prior to the present, the Commissioner assisted the Chief into leading the rebellion against the Fourth Planet's humans, enslaving them and successfully taking over. The Commissioner would be left in charge of enforcing the corrupt laws made by the Chief himself.
In the present, after Dan and Soga arrived in the Fourth Planet after being hijacked and while exploring the planet as they save a boy from a hit and run, the Commissioner and his troop were informed, only to blame the boy as he smacked him with his baton as Dan and Soga called him out for this, only to be taken to the Chief himself as he led them into their building.
Afterwards, he and the Chief would showcase their technology, their execution methods, and their plans to invading Earth as they proceed to the film set where the actors died. When they escaped with Allie, the human secretary, through her help, only to be caught by the Chief and the Commissioner in the process.
Just when she was about to be executed with another man beside her, only for Dan and Soga to stop them, but as soon as the forces for the invasion are prepared, the Commissioner fires his gun at both Dan and Soga, but ends up getting killed inside the building when Ultraseven destroys it and their fleet as well, in the end, the Commissioner gotten what's coming to him alongside his Chief, ending their reign for good.
