The Robot Toys are the main threats in the game, 102 Dalmatians: Puppies to the Rescue. They are a series of toys made by Cruella De Vil.
Biography[]
Cruella De Vil had a business in making toys, but the sales were terrible as they were not well designed, poorly made, and had safety hazards. However, Cruella believed the problem to be that kids are spending their allowances on their pets and has her toys reprogrammed to capture all of the pets in London and bring them to her so that she could turn the pets into realistic looking toys to sell.
Under Cruella's orders, the toys started stealing pets from their families, with the family of Oddball and Domino being among them, prompting Dipstick and Dotty to make haste to save them with Oddball and Domino following behind (in the GBC version, Oddball and Domino are captured too only to break out at the factory).
Throughout the game, Domino and Oddball have to deal with the various robot toys that Cruella made to capture them with. The toys attack the puppies on sight, but because of how poorly made they are, they puppies are able to destroy them easily by just barking at them.
Following the arrest of Cruella and Professor Farzboom, it is assumed that the development of the robot toys was discontinued with all remaining toys scrapped.
