Rocco Dillon is a mad bomber and hitman. Rocco is in jail and he plans to plant another bomb somewhere big. He was hired by Papshmir from the first Naked Gun movie to plan a big terrorist act to put the U.S.A. on their knees. Tells them Rocco Dillon and Papshmir is number one feared men of the world. Lt FranK Drebin who was retired and ask by his best friend and boss Captain Ed Hocken and his other best friend Detective Nordberg about Rocco's plan and help him out of this case. They haven't figure out where Rocco is going to strike next, he is in jail. So Frank volunteer to make friends with Rocco and figure where he is going to strike. Frank use an alias and earn Rocco's trust and they plan to escape in jail. Rocco's mother waited for them and with Rocco's girlfriend Tanya on board they can get rid Rocco's next bombing. With Frank's wife Jane came to the cabin after Frank and Jame's huge fight, with Frank going back to the force. She almost blew his cover, until she played along as a hostage. Frank found out where Rocco is going to strike, it is in Academy Awards. They stopped Rocco's plans on time and Frank takesout Rocco, his mother and Papshmir too. |

Personality
As Frank Drebin put it, Rocco's a ruthless, sadistic, coldblooded animal. But at the top of it all, He's a glorifiable Mama's Boy. He virtually never does anything or goes anywhere with his mother with him.
