Biography
Lord Rolph Spicer is the grandson of a spice merchant and a witch of the east known as Maegi the Frog. Sometime before the Red Wedding Rolph Spicer and his sister Sybell agreed to be spy’s for Lord Tywin Lannister in exchange for a Lordship. King Robb’s direwolf Grey Wind doesn’t trust Rolph, so Robb sends Rolph to deliver Martyn Lannister to the Gold Tooth in exchange for Robett Glover. After this exchange falls through, Lord Tywin awards Rolph with a lordship along with the lands and incomes of Castamere.
He has zero appearances and role in the Game of Thrones Adaptation.
