Ronan is a major antagonist in the Guardians of the Galaxy animated series, serving as the secondary antagonist of Season 1 and a posthumous antagonist for the rest of the series.

He is an evil, exiled Kree Accuser from the Kree Empire, the former general of Thanos and the master of Nebula. He seeks the Cosmic Seed so he can use its power to conquer the universe in the name of the Kree. He is also the arch-enemy of Drax the Destroyer, alongside Thanos.

He was voiced by Jonathan Adams, who also voiced Dormammu in Doctor Strange: The Sorcerer Supreme, Atrocitus in Green Lantern: The Animated Series, Kang the Conqueror in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes and Vaatu in Avatar: The Last Airbender.
