Roselle and Dottie are minor antagonists from The Owl House. They serve as antagonists in the episode "Once Upon A Swap".
They are voiced by Grey DeLisle and Cissy Jones.
History[]
When Eda, Luz, and King switch bodies to prove who had the easier life, Eda went into King's body. At first everything goes well for her using King's cute charms until she runs into the two old ladies Roselle and Dottie. They take Eda to their cat café. At first, Eda starts enjoying the hospitality from the ladies, but when she tries to leave, Roselle and Dottie wouldn't let her and dress Eda in a bee costume. Then she finds a room full of pets who have been pampered by Roselle and Dottie in the café for so long that their minds have been put into a trance. Eda tries to escape, but the the ladies catch her and put her on display as the best cat in the café.
When Eda, Luz and King all meet up with each other again after causing a lot of angry people to go after them, Eda switches them back to their normal bodies then switched the bodies of all the angry people, including Roselle and Dottie. Coven Guards are now in Roselle and Dottie's bodies while Roselle is in the body of one of the Hexside students attacking the guard in her body.
