Rossa is a minor antagonist of the anime and manga series Black Clover. He is a member of the elf tribe that were massacred by the humans centuries ago before getting reincarnated into Ruben Chagar, a magic knight in the present.
He is voiced by Wataru Tsuyuzaki in Japanese and by Jordan Dash Cruz in English.
Biography[]
Centuries ago before the start of the main story, Rossa along with her other elves fellow were massacred during the wedding of their leader Licht by humans. In the present, the head of the Midnight Sun Patolli activates the sephirot with the gathered magic stones which activates the sephirot, causing a large amount of magic knights to be possessed with Rossa’s soul reincarnated into Ruben Chagar’s body along with the rest of his team by other elves.
With the other possessed magic knights, they confront Mereolona Vermillion who invites them to fight. At the same time, all five elves send their attack to Mereolona who manages to counter them. Rossa then tries to restrain her with his sandstone magic but is not strong enough to hold her. Witnessing this, he sense his host is frightened by their human opponent. She is then attacked by Rhya who was able to land his attack but fail to kill her. Mereolona activates her most powerful spell that manage to cause not much issues to the elves at however the usage majority of their mana.The elves makes their next move by combining their power to finish off the human but is interrupted by Asta and Zora Ideale who sent back their attack.
The attack breach the wall behind them that led to an escape to the royal knights who were witnessing the battle. Later on, the elves are guided by Ado to a dungeon that was where they view the damage that was caused to the capital.
With the Shadow Castle summoned, the elves tries get rid of the humans who are still in the Castle of the kingdom. Out of a sudden, the base of the Black Bull interrupts them and send a punch at the group. The elves takes their position to attack the humanoid structure while Rossa prepares to attack to form a bunch of sandstone. The group are are knocked unconscious by the magic knights’ base’s cannon by a projectile that was sent with the Gel magic of Sally.
With all the elves defeated, their soul are now removed, leaving their hosts free form the possession. Licht and the captain of the Golden Dawn William Vangeance cast their spell together for the elves to be connected in the tree that gets send by Asta with his magic.
