Roubal is a minor antagonist of the Sonic the Comic comic book series. He is the latest king of the Goblin Nation, who had convinced the Enchanter Kings of the Nameless Zones to become his vassals through blackmail.

Sonic the Comic[]
At some point after becoming king of the goblins, Roubal approached the Nameless Zone's Enchanter Kings with a proposal: either they would swear loyalty to the Goblin Nation, which in return would practically never meddle in their affairs, or the goblins would conquer their land by force. The kings had to agree to his terms, leaving Tails, who had arrived to rescue them, surprised as he learned of their deal with Roubal. Ultimately, the fox cub had no choice but to return to Mobius, leaving Roubal in power.
Sonic the Comic Online![]
As of the end of Act 1 of Sonic the Comic: Online!, the Nameless Zone is firmly under the control of the Goblin Nation, who didn't keep their end of the bargain and proceeded to exploit their neighbours, though it appears its residents ultimately managed to negotiate somewhat tolerable terms of co-existence, and the vassalage to the goblins did give them access to some technological advancements they had. Roubal hasn't appeared since the end of the original run, but it can be safely assumed he is still in power.
