Rowan Pidgeons is minor antagonist in the manga/anime series Black Lagoon .
He is the owner of "Jackpot Strip Club" and a child porn/snuff film distributor.
He was voiced by Masaki Aizawa in the Japanese version of the anime and in the English dubbed version of the anime he was voiced by Adrian Holmes, who also played Griff and Basqat in Smallville.
Biography[]
Not much is known about the Rowan because of his minor appearance yet it clearly shown he was the black marketer of illegal porn films, after twins called Hansel & Gretel wanted for murdering several bandits and balalaika's mobs in Roanapur.
Balalaika learned from Rock that they are Romanian and wanted to research what the twins look like to find them. Rowan is forced to lend his 250-titled Child porn films, Who finds out from one of the tapes that the twins had been forced to participate in made-for-pervert snuff films which led them to become murderers.
In another appearance, Rock and Revy come to the strip club to inform Rowan that his shipment of 1,500 bottles of alcohol have arrived and are saved in a port warehouse. Rowan jokes that he misses Revy's position as a former S&M performer on the enterprise, and Revy and Rock leave, however before he leaves, Rowan tells Rock that he can come to his strip club any time.
