Rubanoid is an antagonist in Bakugan Battle Brawlers: Gundalian Invaders. He is the Bakugan of Sid Arkale and originally a rival to Drago.
Personality[]
Rubanoid is a Pyrus Bakugan and a tough opponent. He wants to beat Drago in a fair fight, and values loyalty. After becoming Linus' Bakugan, he becomes loyal to the Neathians.
Biography[]
Rubanoid first appears battling Drago and Aquamos alongside Phosphos. Although they beat Marucho, Drago and Dan use their Battle Gear abilities to cause Sid and Lena Isis to lose.
He later fought alongside Contestir against Linehalt and Drago. Ren Krawler had Linehalt lose on purpose so Drago would have trouble winning the fight. While Rubanoid and Contestir had trouble at first with Drago, they win thanks to Zenet Surrow getting rid of Jetcor.
He and Avior later fought Venoclaw and Buz Hornix, beating them easily and causing Sid and Mason Brown to kidnap Taylor and Casey. Rubanoid then fought alongside Buz Hornix against Cordom and Aquamos, where he didn't join until his partner was losing. Rubanoid tried trapping Coredom and Aquamos in his shield but failed and lost.
Later, Rubanoid battles Drago in order to beat him for good, but loses after Drago evolves into Lumino Drago. After Barodius dismissed Sid for failing, Rubanoid was furious saying that their loyalty and services demands respect, but was knocked out and beaten by Krakix, who was ordered by Gill to take him out. Kazarina decided that she could use him in her experiments before transporting him, and he was transported to her lab to be experimented on, much to Sid's horror.
Sid and Rubanoid later escape and find Ren battling Dan causing the two to lend him and Linehalt a hand. While the two fight well they are no match for Drago who beats them quickly.
