Physical appearance[]
Ruben is a tall, thin man with blond hair and a thick voice. Butch is a fat Korean man with black hair and a thin voice but although both are different they wear a black suit with a purple shirt and black necktie underneath.
Biography[]
The two first appear in Mayor Humdinger's campaign where they’re preventing Liberty and any other dogs from entering by order of the new mayor.
Later that night, Ruben and Butch accompany Mayor Humdinger to a university, in a moment Humdinger’s top hat is destroyed, Butch gives him another.
After discovering that the PAW Patrol is in Adventure City, Humdinger orders Ruben and Butch to capture all six of the pups and lock them up and so it was done.
As soon as they captured Chase, Ruben locked him in a school for dogs, which Humdinger turned into a prison and Butch does the same with Liberty but when Ryder and the pups show up to free Chase, Ruben and Butch are chased by the dogs they've trapped by order of Mayor Humdinger.
Butch would later show up to give Mayor Humdinger a another top hat after he was caught by the PAW Patrol and arrested.
It’s unknown what happened to Ruben and Butch after the end of the film it’s implied that they must’ve gotten arrested along with Mayor Humdinger or they kept their jobs as bodyguards for another Adventure City mayor.
