Ruben and Butch are the secondary antagonists of the featured film PAW Patrol: The Movie. They are Mayor Humdinger's bodyguards and henchmen.
Ruben is voiced by Dax Shepard and butch is voiced by Randall Park.
Physical appearance
the ruben is a tall, thin man with blond hair and a thick voice. butch is a fat Japanese man with black hair and a thin voice but although both are different they wear a black suit with a purple shirt underneath.
Biography
the two first appear in mayor humdinger's campaign where they are preventing liberty and any other dogs from entering by order of the new mayor.
later that night ruben and butch accompany Mayor Humdinger to a university, in a moment the humdinger hat is destroyed and the butch gives him another.
after discovering that the paw patrol is in adventure town humdinger orders ruben and butch to capture all six cubs and lock them up and so it was done.
as soon as chase is captured ruben or locked in a school for dogs and butch does the same with liberty but when ryder and the puppies show up to free chase ruben and butch are chased by the dogs they've trapped by order of mayor humdinger.
it is not known what happened to the ruben and the butch after the end of the film probably they must have gone to jail along with mayor humdinger or they keep working as a bodyguard for another adventure city mayor.
