Rudra is one of the Gaia Soldiers of the Crown organization and an antagonist in episode 18 of Shichisei Toshin Guyferd.
He is voiced by Kiyoshi Iwata, who previously voiced Batrod.
Biography[]
Rudra was a Metalferd who was upgraded into a Gaia Soldier by Zodiac with the power of the Tablet of Daruga. He was sent by Zodiac and Kuzan to obtain the Divine Mirror. Along the way, Rudra and his Fangs encountered Gou and the disciples of Ken'nou-yu, who were also looking for the mirror. While his Fangs fought the Ken'nou-ryu students, Rudra stole the mirror and attempted to escape with it, but was confronted by Gou. Rudra beat back Gou and attempted to kill him with his Cyclone Claw attack, but at that point the master of Ken'nou-ryu intervened and shot a ki blast at Rudra, prompting him to turn his attention to the master. Rudra fatally wounded the master with his Cyclone Claw, at which point Gou used his anger to become Guyferd and attack Rudra. Fatally wounded, Rudra used his final moments to send the Divine Mirror to Zodiac before perishing.
