Rupert is the secondary antagonist of The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy episode The Good, The Bad, & The Toothless. He is the Tooth Fairy's sidekick that helps him try to steal Billy's tooth so that he can have it for himself.

Rupert is a diminutive, middle aged fairy far shorter than the Tooth Fairy and small enough to fit in his master's hand. He's easily recognizable by his thick mustache and threadbare cowboy attire, though he also possesses a top hat ensemble he uses for promotional appearances with local children.
Personality[]
Rupert is a dutiful and dedicated fairy who is fiercely loyal to the Tooth Fairy, treating every instruction as law. Despite his sometimes ridiculous, goofy nature, his priorities are clear: he treasures teeth above all else, valuing them as if they were solid gold. The moment he's taken aback, his eccentric verbal tic kicks in, causing him to erupt in an utterly bizarre string of rambling, Western flavored hyperbole.
