Ryu Dae-yeol is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Lee Hae-gyoung) of the 2020 Korean crime drama Extracurricular.
He is portrayed by Lim Ki-hong.
Biography[]
According to his fiancee, he used to be a major criminal that killed people. Now he works as the owner of Banana Club Karaoke. However, after he learns that his fiancee hired a prostitute to sleep with, he becomes determined to find and kill that prostitute, eventually leading him to Oh Ji-soo, the prostitutes' pimp.
After many misunderstandings, Dae-yeol tries to kill Oh Ji-soo and his business partner Bae Gyu-ri, only to be stopped by Ji-soo's employee Mr. Lee. Mr. Lee battles Dae-yeol on the rooftop of his karaoke club, and is beaten to death by Lee, who passes away from his own wounds afterwards.
