The SEAL Team Ricks are minor antagonists in the adult animated science fiction TV series Rick and Morty.
They are a SWAT team deployed by the Council of Ricks in order to break into the Galactic Federation prison and assassinate Rick Sanchez C-137 to prevent secrets of the Citadel from leaking out.
Like all of their other versions, they were voiced by the series co-creator Justin Roiland, who voiced Earl of Lemongrab in Adventure Time and Blendin Blandin in Gravity Falls.
Biography[]
Before any Citadel secrets might end up in the hands of the Federation, they are put on a mission to infiltrate the GF Prison holding Rick C-137 and assassinate him. Before Rick D-99 approached Rick C-137's shackled body and shot it in the head, they entered the interrogation room through the roof and shot every Gromflomite dead, losing one member in the process. Soon after, Rick C-137 in Cornvelious Daniel's body caught him off guard when he switched their brains and utilized D-99's weapon-equipped body to kill the other SEAL Team Ricks. Rick C-137 switched minds with Commander Rick, declared the Rick on the ship to be a spy, and gave the order to blow it up. Later, it is likely that Rick D-99's body was destroyed on board a spacecraft.
