Sa'har Kateen is a major character in the Star Wars: The Old Republic BioWare MMORPG expansion Legacy of the Sith.
A Force-sensitive Twi'lek, she was the former Jedi Padawan of Jedi Master Denolm Orr and the sister of Ri'kan Kateen. During a mission on the planet Elom, Sa'har and her master were confronted by the renegade Sith Lord Darth Malgus, who killed Orr after retrieving a mysterious holocron. Sa'har managed to escape, and in an attempt to reconnect with her lost brother, joined up with Field Marshal Heta Kol and the Hidden Chain.
She is voiced by Lena Torluemke.
History[]
Sa'har grew up with her brother Ri'kan Kateen in the Mek-Sha Home for Lost Children years before the third Galactic War. As both were Force-sensitive, they were discovered by the Jedi Order, with Jedi Master Denolm Orr visiting them and choosing Sa'har to be his Jedi Padawan. Although he told her the Force chose her, in actuality Orr himself chose her over her brother Ri'kan due to her stronger connection to the Force.
Years later, during a mission to the planet Elom in search of a mysterious holocron once belonging to Darth Nul, Sa'har and Orr were confronted by a Sith Lord of the reconstituted Sith Empire, although the latter was killed by the rogue Sith Darth Malgus, who sought the holocron for his own purposes. After a lengthy battle, Malgus revealed the truth about her training to Sa'har before killing Orr, then stranding Sa'har on Elom as he made his escape with the holocron.
