Lord Sagittel or later Sagittel the Outcast was the main protagonist from Fantasy Wars, Elven Legacy and the main antagonist from Fantasy Wars, Elven Legacy: Siege. He was one of the most experienced and strongest warrior of the Elves of Quendaylon, a true veteran commander that many wanted to learn from, but he went astray because of Gylven and was exiled.
Biography[]
Lord Sagittel initially guarded the forests of the elves of Quendaylon and showed himself early on to be a talented warrior and strategist, fighting for centuries, mainly against humans. He was also given the opportunity to become a member of the Great Council, but he did not want to leave the battlefields and his duty, so he did not accept the offer. After he became a commander, many wanted to learn from him, as he had a lot of experience, and he was the only elf whose weapons were made by the real dragons. In the spring of 634 a.M.v., Lady Teya called him to her and gave him an important task. After Derrick Pfeil finally defeated the legendary demon, Farrakh and became the new king of Leranse, an interesting thing happened in the dark citadel of Sumgan next to the destroyed capital, Verson. The door of the citadel opened and a human mage rushed out, who had the notes of the former head of the elven Great Council, Glenderin Essente, who father De Lande and some inquisitors tried to stop, but he successfully escaped, but he used forbidden spells.

Sagittel as the commander of the elves of Quendaylon and Lady Teya Essente.
A watcher, Gylven, informed Teya about the events, who decided to send Sagittel to the scene to talk to the watcher and find the mage before the inquisitors, and also gave him the sigil of supreme power, the True Flame. At the same time, Teya asked the commander to try to be diplomatic with the humans, as after two hundred years of war against them who wanted wealth, lands and glory, he was quite prejudiced and condescending, but he promised to make an attempt at the diplomatic way. She also ordered him to help Gylven with anything she asked to him and not to tell anyone about Sumgan and what they found there.
Sagittel arrived not with experienced warriors, but with elf coscripts near the castle of Prevy, which was northwest of Sumgan. He ordered them to always be prepared, the enemy could attack at any time and to be alert. His only experienced soldier was his closest comrade-in-arms, Erestor. Zombies were then spotted, and the experienced commander told the new recruits that these undead were weak, but their twisted magical aura weakened their opponents up close, so they had to be destroyed from a distance. In addition to the zombies, they were also attacked by spectral wolves, but the elves moved quickly. The undead weren't really a difficult opponent for them and they swam away from the Camp Elenne, where an skyship captain greeted the commander who told them that Mistress Gylven had given them the order to depart, but because of the zombies it wasn't possible, but now everything was ready and they joined to Sagittel. After that, they liberated the village of Buajon and the D'ville Camp and killed more and more undead. At the new camp he met some elven spears who told him that a few hours ago they had been watching the roads to Sylent until the undead attacked them and some of them trudged towards the city. They then joined the commander, who wanted to give more information to the watcher, and he finally found her in fort Sent-Stephan and with her was a man, Inquisitor Antoine. The battle priest remained in the fort to watch over Sumgan's territory while the elves defeated the remaining damned and undead. The remaining zombies no longer posed much of a threat, and Gylven said what he know about the mage. He escaped through a magical portal, but the Inquisition and the elves knew where he was and where he was going, and father De Lande was already on his trail, and the theft of Gylven's notes had happened ten hours ago. Sagittel then realized that they had to hurry and the watcher said that there were two ways available to them. One leads to the land of thieves, robbers and murderers, and the other to an area with even more undead and damned, and the decision rests with the elven commander, who was happy that they understood each other, yet he was suspicious.
The commander felt that Gylven was hiding something, that he did not want to tell him everything about the enemy's strength, which was also annoying to him, since they were not with experienced veterans, but with rookies, but he felt that maybe he had lived in the forest too long and right now he should focus on the campaign. Since he had promised Teya that he would be diplomatic with the humans and did not want to break his promise, he chose the path that took them through the land of the undead and the damned. The Elves' will to fight increased because they hated these creatures, but according to the commander, the fight will be more difficult than against humans, since these creatures are not afraid, but at the same time it will be a good test and training for them, because here they will find out who will be among the new recruits, who deserves success. However, the commander was surprised again when he saw a large wall blocking the way forward, but Gylven was able to explain this to him. She also participated in the construction of this wall because the Inquisition believed that it could prevent Farrak's corruption and the undead from spreading further into the southern lands of Leranse. Sagittel was a little annoyed that she didn't tell him another thing, but the watcher didn't tell him because she knew how to destroy it and therefore saw no need to reveal it earlier. He deliberately left a small part in the wall, on which he casted a spell, and if there is a magical source stronger than the spell nearby, then a mystical energy will destroy the wall, but for this you had to get close to it. Sagittel wanted to accompany her, but the watcher refused, as he had the most powerful magical source, the True Flame, which could destroy the wall, and warned that some dwarven artillery was protecting the lands behind the walls. The elves then set off, there were indeed many undead in the area and the possessed elves also attacked them, but they managed to repulse the attacks of the dark creatures. They captured the ruins of Le Chole, the ruined village of Monnerville, and found a witch's circle, a cave, and the remains of a dirigible goblin zeppelina. They were attacked by various monsters, such as golems or ogres, but finally they found the wall and Sagittel then used the mighty artifact he had. The dwarves' artillery could not really put up a serious resistance due to the hits of the skyships and Gylven's spells, and finally Sagittel destroyed the wall with the mystical power and the elves got through and destroyed their remaining opponents. However, the commander was worried that any danger could pass through the damaged wall, Gylven suggested to him to leave some warriors at the wall, but he refused, and wanted to inform Teya that they had done this and why.
Sagittel's uneasiness continued to grow as he saw several suspicious things in Gylven. Her words were getting colder and colder, and the commander was also shocked that she would sacrifice humans so easily by destroying the wall. It was also suspicious that only Teya or Glenderin would have been able to create such a wall, that is, the watcher was suspiciously strong. But he was still more focused on the campaign, which was going well. They managed to overtake father De Lande and his forces, so they were already close to the mage who was in the village of Nevill, but the commander felt that they would not have an easy time here either. In the village, they talked to the leader of the people, who was Sir Levie, and he told them that the mage they were looking for had attacked them, set several houses on fire, and the residents were angry. Gylven, on the other hand, acted suspiciously cold again and only wanted answers, when suddenly a peasant wanted to throw a stone at her, but the watcher deflected it and with her magical power pushed it back at Sir Levie, whose face began to bleed and collapsed. The people thought he was dead, so one of them attacked the elves with a pitchfork, but Sagittel easily parried the attack with his magical bow and then drew his sword. Levie did not die, and Gylven read from his mind that some citizens tried to catch the mage on the southern path that leads to the local lord's castle, but he then tried to escape by another way and where he was, an unnatural number of frogs appeared. The commander then ordered some of his soldiers to take him and the captured peasant to the nearest house and ordered his soldiers to kill their enemies, but only if necessary and in self-defense, and not to capture settlements or villages, because he did not want to break the promise that he made to Teya. Then the elves marched south, where they were also attacked by the angry inhabitants of the villages of Aceberville, Millendamm, Santierville and Wolendam, and the soldiers of the fort Santierry, the elves did not spare the attackers and many peasants died, but soldiers also fell against them, but the elves did not disobey Sagittel's order and did not attack and their villages, but marched on. That's when they met a sergeant who stopped them and demanded their weapons, but Sagittel didn't really like the man's disrespectful and demanding behavior and said that he used weapons when the sergeant's ancestors only wore loincloths. The man said that he was the commander of the warriors of Count De Kerr and that he would not allow armed intruders through. Then Gylven also spoke, who told him who they were, and that the sergeant, who did not even say his name, should not treat them like that, and that they had weapons because the people of Nevill had attacked them unexpectedly. The sergeant was a bit surprised and said that they would investigate this matter, but refused to let them through until they handed over their weapons, Sagittel then decided that they would force their way through. The elves advanced and attacked the town of Maleckorn and its two villages and after some small battles, they eventually took everything and Sagittel killed the sergeant. However, the experienced elf commander was not happy after their victory, but was disappointed because many humans had died that he did not want to kill, but at the same time he believed that they had chosen this fate. Gylven then convinced him that what he had done was almost the same as what he had done when he had defended the forests of Quendaylon from the invaders and that she too had listened to his legendary stories to the commander in the past. Sagittel believed that she was right, he was just used to the fact that he had fought stronger opponents countless times before. Gylven assured him that this would happen soon, for the mage was heading to the southern part of Leranse, which was still occupied by the goblins, orcs, and trolls of the hordes of the verks wastes, and they would surely be more difficult opponents than these humans.
Sagittel felt that this whole chase was becoming more and more like a trap as he didn't know exactly what the mage had and he was ahead of them again and the elves couldn't even catch up to him as they chased him without stopping or resting. The next area they reached was the southern part of Leranse, not far from the border of the kingdom of Derenhalle. Sagittel had not fought the hordes of goblins, orcs and trolls for quite some time, but now he was determined, as he and his soldiers finally had to fight a real and strong enemy, and he knew that there was no way to advance through the territories of these creatures without blood. Gylven could no longer feel the power of the mage due to the power of an orc hexer, so they had to move forward by any means necessary to be able to follow their target again. Sagittel then ordered Erestor and his soldiers to seize the nearest orc village and find out where the hexer was while they went in another direction. For one of Erestor’s men had noticed a wild dragon not far from them, and the commander knew these creatures and knew that they were easy to tame, so he went with Gylven to bring the dragon under their control. There were some goblins and wild trolls around the cave and they were easily defeated, then suddenly the air became stinky. The two elves realized that the greenskins had been feeding the dragon with corpses for some time, and when the monster came, the commander asked the watcher not to disturb him for a while and successfully tamed the dragon. After that, they caught up with Erestor's group, who attacked the village of Orgarkh, which he easily captured, but the orcs and goblins launched a big counterattack and because of this, a big fight broke out. The greenskins initially pushed the elves back, but the dragon as well as the elven swordsmen inflicted bloody losses on theem, killing almost all of them in the end, but Erestor took a dying prisoner. Before he died, the orc prisoner said that the hexer was south in his main stroghold and that they wanted to kill the mage and then the elves. After that, the elves also cleared the rest of the area so that they wouldn't be surprise by an unexpected attack, and after small fights, they captured the villages of Khadbar and Khagnarkh, and then attacked the hexer's stronghold. This also became a bigger fight, but in the end te elves captured the stronghold of Ghaarhzrg', killed almost all the greenskins, except for the hexer who brought them to their leaders, and Gylven forced him to help them. Then he told me everything he knew. The mage who was being chased headed south, as there was the Totem of Ashgra, which can give anyone who can use its magical spells great power, and two paths led to the area where the totem was. One led through the kingdom of Derenhalle, and the other was a passage through the Three Peaks canyon, where disobedient goblins and trolls battled against ogres. Sagittel was a little uneasy that they would have to pass through human land again, but Gylven believed that it was not certain.
Gylven revealed more and more to the commander, so the mistrust disappeared for a while. A few years ago, he studied an ancient map, on which he discovered that an ancient, ruined temple of the Father of Stars was not far from the canyon and that he would be able to sweep the magical blockade while also effectively fighting the ogres. Sagittel sent two scouts, one to the ruins and the other to the land of Derenhalle. The skyships returned and confirmed the hexer's words, meaning that the road was really blocked, but the other group did not return. Erestor reported to the commander that the party had suffered a raid and most of them had been taken prisoner. Sagittel's patience was running out and even though he didn't want to disappoint Teya and made a promise to her, he felt more and more that he could be less and less diplomatic with humans, but he decided to try to be calm with them again. He decided not to let his men down and go to Derenhalle territory to free them and he will show no mercy to anyone who gets in his way. When they arrived, they were met by several generals and a sergeant, Tonngrim, who greeted the elves. The sergeant told him that the prisoners were in the castle of his lord, Sir Sadrick, and that he was inviting the elves to his castle as guests, and that they were expecting a messenger from Leranse with news of the murders at Nevill and that the elves they can clarify that they have nothing to do with the case. Sagittel said it was self-defense, but then the sergeant told the elves that they should stay in the castle until the Peer Council convenes, but then Gylven asked him to speak with his lord and to release the prisoners. Tonngrim then said that he was sorry, but he was loyal and would carry out the order and asked the elves not to resist them, but this did not happen. The elves attacked the humans and killed everyone they could, but Tonngrim retreated to the castle in time. Bloody fights broke out at the very beginning, but the skilled elven fencers, stag riders and wild dragons gradually defeated the enemy, among whom were several skilled generals. The elves couldn't stand the constant hostile resistance of the humans any longer, so they started capturing settlements, the first of which was the village of Keinwerd. They then marched towards the castle of Sadrick and captured the villages of Aarsmun, Feldweg, Freswilz and Tremwilz, killing all resisters in their path and even destroying siege equipment. Gylven, on the other hand, informed the commander that it seems that the lord was prepared for their arrive, as he also had three mages who made attacks against the elves from different cities, but they were not very powerful. The airships and dragons were able to quickly kill the mages, and after that the elves captured the towns of Aivendorf, Grevendorf and Toppendorf. They then besieged the castle of Saddarhelm, where they killed all the soldiers, Sergeant Tonngrim, seen earlier, and captured Sadrick. The lord of the castle was shocked and outraged that the elves broke into his castle and what they did while he invited them as guests, but Sagittel did not believe a word he said after armed soldiers wanted to bring them to him, and that the three mages were already prepared and waiting them to attack. The situation worsened when Erestor reported finding the prisoners locked in a cell, they were tortured and one of them, Kearnore, dead. The commander was partly happy that he listened to his own doubts and experiences and did not fall for the trap, but at the same time he was angry and punished the lord of the castle for his actions. Erestor locked Sadrick in the cell where the prisoners were and threw the key in the ditch, then the elves left the castle and its area.
Sagittel and the elves went on with the hexer and the commander already knew how seriously he had to take the next battle. The Totem of the Traitor was where the last of the Dayarans were buried, and it held a power that nearly destroyed the elves. The elves searched for this place for a very long time and were a little surprised that the orcs finally found it. Long before Sagittel was born, the orcs swore that they would protect this place, and they sealed the magical power with a totem that contained the blood of one of the Greatest, one of the true dragons, and this is where they got their magical power from. This ended when the humans drove the greenskins to the Wastes and for two thousand years almost no living creature approached this place, until now, because the orc hexers discovered the existence of this area again. Sagittel knew that the hexers did not know how to activate and use the full central power from the totem, but he was afraid that the mage on the run or someone who was talented in the use of magic would already be able to exploit the potential of this power and Teya was also afraid of that. For the commander, the previous losses no longer mattered, because the stakes were much higher here, and he decided that if this was another trap, he would show no mercy. When they arrived in the area, the old hexer told the elves that this was already the land of the Furious clan and because there were many mountains, it was difficult to move anywhere, and the orcs of the clan had built gates and only he knew how to get through them, but he didn't want to fight against his own people and asked Gylven to let him go. She told him that if he leads them to the totem, then he can leave freely, Sagittel did not necessarily agree with this, but the watcher said that the orc is her and he knows what to do with him. After that, the elves started towards the gates, but the greenskins were ready to attack, and the hexers of the clan were also in the mountains. However, they were quickly killed by the wild dragon and the skyships, and the greenskins made a big mistake, because they scattered some of their forces too much and they too could hardly move in the mountains, especially the orcish riders. The experienced archers and fencers were able to advance quickly, the losses of the orcs and goblins increased rapidly and they got closer and closer to the gate, which was not far from the totem. After capturing the village of Doozgra and the castle of Kilgaars, they found several gates that led to separate valleys, but the hexer knew which was the right gate, but it took him time to open it. However, as he began to break open the gate, the warriors of the Furious clan launched a counterattack and the other gates opened. However, the elves expected the trap and, as Sagittel had promised, they showed no mercy, they killed everyone they could and almost none of the greenskins survived. Battle trolls were waiting behind the main gate, as well as the last hexer of the clan, but the skyships, the wild dragon and Sagittel with his arrows destroyed them and the old hexer successfully opened the gate. Gylven and Sagittel then went to the totem with the old hexer while the elven soldiers searched the remaining parts of the area to kill the remaining orcs as well. After that, they finally found the totem, and the hexer really wanted to be free now, but then Gylven told him to do something else to him, then she stuck her sharp staff into his neck.

Gylven drain the power of the totem of Ashgra.
The orc died from the injury, and the watcher broke the totem with his blood and absorbed its power, and the symbols of power also appeared on her right hand. Sagittel believed that he had completed his mission and they could finally return home, but Gylven then told him that it was not over yet, because the mage who was being chased had been captured by the Inquisition and had not spoken to them yet, but he would break it soon, and he also knew things that he did not know. free for the inquisitors to find out. The watcher said that they had to go to the area where he was being held and bring him by force, but the commander was a bit upset and disappointed that his partner had lied to him. Gylven said that she didn't tell the truth because she didn't know how the commander would decide and she didn't want him to be another traitor after Glenderin, the enemy of the elven people, so she didn't leave him a choice. Sagittel then wanted to know if there was anything else he should know about, and the watcher told him that the mage steal something very important from Sumgan, Glenderin's notes were nothing but the book of Essentil, which contained Dayaran's spell and that was a threat to the elves. The commander was a bit shocked that this powerful artifact was taken by Glenderin from the Council's storehouse and that it was actually his purpose,to gain the power of the Dayaran’s. It was then that he realized his mission was to destroy the book, and Gylven assured him that he would do it, but the commander already looked at her differently. The elves captured the villages of Dogorgh, Esalkar, and Haagra, then moved on, this time in a north-easterly direction.
Sagittel believed that Gylven was not only becoming colder and more serious, but that he had become very impudent, that he considered him a fool and lied to him. He believed that Gylven must have known about Essentil's book from the very beginning, that is, she had been hiding from him and lying to him from the very first moment they met. The commander believed that he and his warriors were just puppets to Gylven, but at the same time he liked it, because at last there was someone who did not treat him like a symbol of the greatness of the Ancients and that she did not accept fate, but went her own way. Regardless, he was watching her, and he and his warriors headed for the territories of the kingdom of Parsa to reach the main fortress of the Inquisition, Sincerus. The fastest way was through the mountains, and the map that Sagittel had was from before the Exodus and when the area was still part of the kingdom of Wallbourne. The commander remembered that dwarves lived here and that they had probably gone wild during the last four thousand years, so another battle could be expected. When they arrived at the snowy area, Erestor reported that there were two paths leading through the mountains. One through the valley and the other around the pass, and the dwarves they saw didn't seem hostile or wild, much more civilized. Sagittel didn't really understand what his partner was trying to say and that he didn't want to tell him something. Erestor then told him that there was a runic stone not far from them through which they could enter the holy land of the dwarves, but if they did so without permission, they would face the wrath of the runic power. This, however, did not interest Sagittel, it was more important for him to save the people, so he set off with his army, namely on the detour route, which was much more weakly defended by the dwarves than the valley. When the dwarves noticed them, one of the thanes loudly informed them that they served the Law of fifty Generations and that any stranger who dared to desecrate the lands of Walbourne with their presence would die and that their bones would rest in the Hall of Vengeance. The elves, on the other hand, were not frightened by the warning and continued on their way, but suddenly a block of ice fell on some of them in the air. Gylven suddenly sensed the great and unusual magical power that coming from a dwarven sanctuary and realized that if they destroyed it, the dwarven magical power would not cause them any more losses. Sagittel doubted if this was possible, but the watcher said that they only had to break the altar and they would succeed. The dwarves had two altars, in the temple of Anvil and Hammer, and the defense was completely helpless against the disciplined and ruthless elves, who destroyed both altars, so the magical attacks of the dwarves ceased. The progress of the elves was then blocked by the three-part castle of Naidorf, the dwarves were well prepared and also had a mobile stronghold, but Sagittel saw a great opportunity in the machine, he believed that they could use it effectively on their side. The siege turned into a very bloody battle, because the defenders of the castle and the soldiers of the Izdenbourne castle launched a massive counterattack and they had many mobile fortresses, a whole mechanized division attacked the elves, who in turn successfully trapped the dwarves. The elves' fencers and armored stag riders chased away the enemy soldiers with their charges, while Sagittel and the archers, as well as Gylven's magical power, destroyed the mobile fortresses one after the other. Sagittel then successfully reached the vicinity of the castle, where he acquired the self-propelled fortification, so now they also had a strong siege engine. The elves launched a successful attack and captured the castle of Naidorf, leaving behind many corpses and wreckage. Erestor suggested that they return to the dwarves what they had given to others and take their severed heads to the Hall of Vengeance, but Sagittel refused this, they were not orcs, trolls or monsters and also ordered not to pursue those who fled.
In the autumn of 634 a.M.v., after the victory over the dwarves, Sagittel began to think to himself. He thought that he only gave the dwarves what they had been waiting for for a long time and that they are not so different from the dwarves, since they do the same thing only in their forests and have their own place for revenge. He felt Gylven's power more and more, from the arua around the watcher he felt that he started to become young again and that he was flooded with emotions, he felt rage and anher at the same time, the joy of live and fight. Sagittel began to deeply hate the traitor Ashgra, because he believed that he had taken something from the elves with which he could have caused their destruction. The elves reached the southwestern part of Parsa, the territory of the inquisitors, but Sagittel now wanted more, because he not only wanted to get the book of Essentil back from them, but now he wanted to know what was in it, that the artifact was so powerful. However, the inquisitor, the previously seen and mentioned father De Lande, and his battle priests went before them and ordered the elves to stop. Sagittel was nervous about being given orders, but Gylven calmed him down and told the father who they were.

Sagittel is confronted with the truth, Father De Lande tells him that Master Maverick is Gylven's apprentice.
De Lande then said that they had captured the mage, who was none other than master Maverick, who was Gylven's student, and that the that stolen thing had not yet been found, but that they knew of the atrocities committed in the villages of Leranse and Derenhalle, and that father had spoken Both with Grand Inquisitor Dexter and Lady Teya and he was ordered to take the two elves into custody. After that, he and his priests used holy magic and told they that the magic of the elves would not be effective against them, but then Gylven told him that she himself had planned to capture Maverick, and that the walls of Sincerus were unassailable, but contained many artifact storedwithin, including the book of Essentil. She then raised his right hand and the ritual seal appeared on her hand and showed her power, neutralizing the holy magic almost immediately. De Lande and his priests were frightened and ran back, and Gylven proudly taunted them to hurry. Sagittel, on the other hand, got upset and questioned the watcher. This time it was about much more,s he didn't say that she knew and taught Maverick and that he didn't steal the book of Essentil, since it was in the fortress of Sincerus all along and he didn't find it funny anymore and nervously reminded the watcher that he does not wear the True Flame as an ornament. Gylven then decided to actually tell most of what he knows and what actually happened. She said that she first became aware of the book's existence when she got hold of a list containing dangerous artifacts stored in the Sinceus fortress and monastery and knew that this artifact could not be used or known by humans. The commander asked why she didn't tell Lady Teya about this, but the watcher said she wouldn't have done anything, or the Grand Inquisitor would have just sent her a copy. She also said that she was in Sumgan, where she had actually found Glenderin's notes, who also knew of the book's existence and wanted to get it for himself, even marking the location of the totem of Ashgra on his map. The watcher said that she tried to reach Glenderin personally, but failed and then realized that her efforts could only be accomplished with an army, and Maverick only showed them the way. Gylven then said that he would find all further answers in the book, and Sagittel still tried to trust her, but then they realized that they had to hurry. Father De Lande had the key to the depo, but he was fleeing with his battle priests towards the castle of Aquilen to leave the area with eagles, but the elves reacted in time, because their dragons and skyships killed the father and the priests, and after that the army of elves attacked launched against the inquisitors and knights. At the same time, Sagittel didn't really want any more surprises, so he ordered Gylven to only help them in the fight if necessary. The attack started from two directions, a smaller force attacked the village of Merkador, and the larger army led by Sagittel captured the village of Traueira. The knights then launched a counterattack with many paladins and Marcus knights, but the elves successfully destroyed the enemy, their thunder wardens successfully stopped the cavalry charges, and then the chosen archers and fencers cut their opponents to pieces. The eagles had no chance against the dragons, while together with the skyships and the looted dwarven mobile stronghold, the advance became faster and faster. The smaller group captured the villages of Amposta, Barben and Testennar, and then they also besieged and captured the castle of Aquilen. Sagittel and his army captured the villages of Sadella, Sallosta, and Servenna and killed many soldiers before reaching the multi-part town of Tennas, the last line of defense for the fortress of Sincerus. As they began the siege, they united with the smaller group and launched an attack together, in which everyone participated and eventually killed every enemy, including the soldiers, knights and inquisitors. After the siege ended, Gylven walked into the ruins of Sincerus, where she opened the depo and found the book of Essentil and brought it to Sagittel, but did not give it to him. The watcher opened the book and then a huge magical power came out of the artifact, which she absorbed.

Sagittel promises Gylven that he will kill as many as necessary to save his people.
Gylven then said that she now knows the magic that changed the whole world in the time of Essentil and is now so powerful that it can restore the elves to their full power and bring back the Great Tree. She said that this spell would kill a mage how use it, Glenderin wasn't that powerful and Teya was afraid of that power, and that without the Tree they would fade and disappear unless Sagittel helped her. The commander decided to make as many sacrifices as necessary for the future of his people, and then they moved on.
Sagittel was very excited. He felt that there was finally something for which he could live and kill, because he felt that he had lived enough, many things were repeated in his life, but he knew that he could not stop, because if he surrendered or died, his soul would be in the belly of a mage or hexer. He felt that this would free his people from old bonds and he could do something that would save everyone from the elves. However, Essentil's full power could not be used yet, even the power gathered from the totem was not enough. Thousands of souls were needed, but Sagittel was determined to kill as many as needed and would show no mercy. They traveled to the eastern area of Parsa, Erestor was excited that there were many villages where they could kill and loot and said that their death would be quick, but Sagittel was worried that if the inhabitants were going to defend themselves, then unfortunately they would not die quickly. The commander then encouraged his soldiers that they would kill for a good cause and for the future of their people, and then they set off. The elves moved quickly, captured the villages of Alorate, Brazim, Viando, killed everyone and then besieged and captured the castle of Maartos El Grande. Everyone in the castle was killed as well and the souls kept gathering but Erestor wondered how many more they had to kill as the soldiers were getting weary and Sagittel said sadly that they had to keep going for the good cause until the spell was satisfied. Then they moved on and captured the villages of Alfendo, Esphito and Ruttero, and after they had killed everyone, Gylven told the soldiers that enough souls had gathered and that after they had rested a bit they could go to the Tree.
Sagittel was very hopeful because he felt a huge magical and mystical wavering aura around Gylven, it was bright like a flame. All they had to do was get to the Tree, which was in the swamps of Dayaran, but their journey was not easy, as Teya's soldiers arrived through several portals, and he himself came. Erestor reported that the elves were led by one of the commander's oldest apprentices, Illair, and there were many dwarves with them, led by Dwarnrock. Sagittel thought that Teya should understand why they had done it, and Illair would not turn against them, because he didn't want to kill anyone from his own people, but his opinion about Dwarnrock was that it was better not to stand in their way. When they arrived near the area of the Tree, Teya appeared, and the commander was happy, because he thought she could see that they would save their people and the Tree would come back to life, and their dream would come true. Teya, on the other hand, said that what they were preparing could lead to complete destruction and that Gylven would not be able to reach the Tree, and that he should pull back. Then she disappeared, Sagittel yelled at her desperately, and Gylven indicated that dragons wanted to pass through the portals, so they had to close them as quickly as possible. After this was done, Illair and Dwarnrock arrived with their armies not far from an old elven castle, and the elven swordsman announced that both Sagittel and Gylven were under arrest and that they must return the True Flame. The commander did not want to believe that he heard these words from the mouth of his former best follower and tried to convince him that there was a mistake here. Illair then became angry with his former master, because he did not understand the misunderstanding and mistake that several villages and towns were burned, thousands of people were killed, and even he felt the aura of pain and suffering around the watcher. Illair understood, what his master did not yet, that Gylven was a power-hungry villain and what she was up to could make her invincible, and then ordered the others to capture the traitors, but Sagittel knew by then that in order for them to succeed, he would have to do the worst. too. He ordered Erestor, his soldiers, and his dragons to launch a counterattack and kill everyone, while he and Gylven dealt with the leaders of their enemies. After that, many were killed in the bloody battle, but in the end the traitors won, Teya's elves and dragons, as well as the dwarves were almost all killed, and Sagittel and Gylven killed Illair and Dwarnrock. Erestor was mocking about the dwarven leader's death, but Sagittel showed remorse for Illair's death, but Gylven convinced him that they must move on, bringing about a bigger and better future. Then they reached the other elven castle, where Teya prepared to fight against them with her soldiers and flame guards with her, and although she initially caused serious problems her his magical power, in the end Sagittel and Gylven defeated her and killed her guards. Teya then tensely and worriedly asked Gylven to come to her senses, because Dayarn's speel was created out of the darkest envy and revenge, and this dark power she cannot resist. However, the watcher considered her opponent a coward and said that if this spell cost her life, she would gladly give it to her, but Teya warned that Dayaran's spell was infected with one of the very essences of magic itself and that many people would die, especially elves and dragons too, and all life in the' world of Illis would cease.

Teya asks Sagittel to help her, but he believes that he has killed too much and there is no way back for him.
She asked Sagittel to stop her, but he became unconvinced because he had seen too much death, killed and destroyed too much to bring back the Tree and trusted Gylven, who in turn decided to put an end to this and crossed the portal that led her to the Tree, but Teya went after her and asked Sagittel to make the right choice. The commander then ordered Erestor and the rest of his soldiers to follow him through the portal one by one while he tried to make a choice, while Gylven and Teya began their final battle. They were close to the Tree, but they had to fight dwarves, elves, and dragons again until finally Sagittel alone overtook the two women who were still fighting each other. He then took out his magic bow and made his choice, then aimed and shot Gylven. Then Teya, with her magical power, she banished Dayaran's spell and the enormous power she had accumulated. She was then happy that Sagittel made the right decision and saved the world of Illis, but at the same time she saw that the commander had changed and had a lot of blood on his hands. Because Dayaran's spell spoiled his soldiers and dragons and they all committed bloody, cruel and murderous atrocities, in which he also participated, but he was not spoiled.

Sagittel voluntarily goes into exile because he believes this is a better fate than returning to Quendaylon and being treated as a traitor.
Erestor and the other soldiers, as well as the dragons, could not return to the territory of Quendaylon, but she gave him the opportunity, but he chose the fate of an exile because he thought it better than returning and being treated as a traitor in his own country. Teya asked him if there was anything else he wanted to say, at which point the commander handed her the True Flame and bid her farewell. At the same time, Teya was disappointed and sad because Sagittel had changed so much and how much pain and betrayal he had to suffer, while he really wanted good for her and the elves. They then parted ways, Teya heading back to Quendaylon and Sagit heading north.

Sagittel as the leader of the outcast elves.
After killing Gylven, leaving Teya and going into self-imposed exile, Sagittel decided to accept his fate and become the leader of the outcast elves, but little did anyone know that he had plans of his own, which now included conquests. Among his plans was the conquest of the territory of Parsa, as well as the annexation of the lands of Tersh to the north, where the dwarves lived. He had a possible plan to create smaller bases even on the lands of Derenhalle, the castle of Irand was a good target for this, for which countless battles had already been fought and which King Victor had recently recaptured from the horde. The outcasts made an attempt to capture Irand, the attack was led by Sagittel himself, and the defenders by Victor, but the elves ultimately did not succeed in breaking through the defenses, so the leader of the outcasts decided to abandon this plan and focus more on the north instead. However, another dark deed soon followed, namely that he sent Erestor and several outcasts to contact the kingdom of Mirralia, which was at war with the kingdom of Leranse and its new king, Derrick Pfeil. His plan was that Erestor would form an alliance with Mirralia, which was fighting alongside the enemy as well as the rebels, then when the time came the elves would attack their allies in the back and kill everyone, and Mirralia would be their base while they looted the villages and killed whoever it can be. However, this plan also failed, because the rebels were led by a very talented warrior and ranger, Cornelius, who killed Erestor, then together with his companions Captain Lucius and Alberte, they led the rebel forces, who killed all the elves. This was a great defeat for Sagittel, as he lost his best warrior and his right hand, so he decided to continue his plans only in the lands of Parsa. In the winter of 635 a. M. v.,Sagittel and the outcasts gathered enough forces to launch a much larger attack than the previous ones and everything was ready to unleash hell in the north.
The new attack did not come as a surprise to the kingdom of Parsa, but Great Inquisitor Dexter took immediate action and sent one of the Inquisition's talented and experienced knights, Sir Karel, to finish off the outcasts once and for all. The elves' goal was to capture the now-ruined Sincerus, the former main stronghold of the Inquisition, as well as the ruins of the related town of Tennas, in order to build a base for themselves there. Their leaders were several veteran fencers, who had not personally taken part in the attack of the army, but had been in the woods near the camp while their troops set out. The attack went well in the beginning, the elves' warriors fought aggressively and mercilessly, but Karel and his knights launched a counterattack, and reinforcements came from the Inquisition, namely feudal knights. The outcasts attacked from several directions with smaller groups, but were repulsed by the knights' charges and proper defenses, after which the humans set out to drive off the weakened enemy. The defenders defended the villages of Balmonville and Ocber, and then recaptured the Arzen fortress at the cost of serious fighting. The veteran fencers did not retreat, but tried to lure the enemy into the forest to attack them, but this did not work, Karel and his soldiers killed all the enemies, so Sagittel could not conquer the central part of Parsa. However, this failure gave him the inspiration for a plan that, if successful, could make things easier for himself against his enemies.
In the spring of 636 a. M. v., another attack was launched, this time against the northern part of Parsa, which was successful, as the elves captured the town of Odemir and the surrounding villages, but this was only a part of Sagittel's plan, as he traveled with a smaller group to the northern part of Laryd. On the way, however, he often thought and reflected on the past, he didn't know if Gylven really told him the truth when she talked about the Tree or if she just lied, but he was angry with Teya because he felt that she had betrayed him. However, there was a dark secret that she did not know, namely that the outcasts became so many because he summoned and brought back to life former heroic warriors from the ancient elven graves in the area of the Great Tree, whom only he commanded. After that, he decided that his supreme race and his warriors would rule the world of Illis, but then he concentrated on his current plan, in which the dwarves also played a role. His goal was to get the Stone of Foundation, which was in the castle of Konnerud at a Sacred forge, but he wanted to get this huge artifact in such a way that the dwarves would not know that the elves had done it, but would believe that it was attacked by humans them. The elves had paid human mercenaries whose job it was to distract the dwarves, and even conquer lands if necessary, while the elves reached the sanctuary and obtained the stone, but Sagittel believed that a single battle would not be enough proof. therefore he planned something else. The attack was launched by the elves at night, the dwarves did not expect them and moved quickly. Sagittel, the leader of the mercenaries, and the elves met little resistance, captured the castle of Nottoden, and continued towards Vestkogen, while the mercenaries activated a spell that caused the dwarves attack them and believe that the humans really wanted to make war on them. However, the dwarven attack failed, and the mercenaries were not satisfied with just killing and moved on, and after longer battles they captured the castle of Melstand, while Sagittel and the elves stormed the castle of Vestkogen. Here, Sagittel killed the leader of the mercenaries and left his body behind, proof enough for the dwarves that the humans attacked them for loot. The elves then went on and attacked the castle of Konnerud, which they took easily, and Sagittel found the stone in the sanctuary and was satisfied. He believed that if he possessed all the stones, he and his soldiers would be invincible, but he did not know where to find the rest, he could only find the answer to this in the archives of Sincerus, so he and his group returned to the armies of the outcasts and wanted to continue in the direction of Tersh. Meanwhile, the other part of his plan failed, because Sir Karel successfully liberated the castle of Odemir and drove the elves away from the surrounding villages, and he was joined by an intelligent inquisitor, Father Morcius.
Personality[]
Sagittel was a purposeful, harsh, ridig, merciless, sour elf, plus he was very contemptuous, judgmental, xenophobic and distrustful against the humans. Countless battles and hundreds of years of fighting have made him stiff, alert, stubborn and a little paranoid. Although he was prejudiced and disdainful towards humans, he did not feel hatred towards them, he even refused to kill innocents or conquer their country, he did not want to kill unnecessarily and sometimes even showed compassion towards them. At the same time, he absolutely did not tolerate, especially the disrespect from them, the commanding tone, if they wanted to control him, and he absolutely never let anyone take his weapons. Despite his negative traits, he was not evil, as he almost always killed in self-defense, and he loved his nation more than anything else and respected Teya very much, his friendship with her being more important to him than anything else.
During the campaign, however, Sagittel gradually began to change. He became even colder than before, much more merciless and now mean and a little unscrupulous. After constantly being trapped, tricked, lied to and disrespected, he decides to change for good to a negative way. He killed anyone who stood in his way without mercy or warning, he also killed innocents for the greater good, and his methods and strategies became more and more vile and cruel.
Powers and abilities[]

Sagittel prepare to lead his soldiers and fight against the angry inhabitants of the village of Nevill.
Sagittel was perhaps one of Quendaylon's strongest warriors who ever lived. He was a well-built, broad and quite tenacious warrior who fought and fought in the forests against humans or even wild animals and monsters for hundreds of years. His legendary deeds inspired and encouraged many other soldiers and warriors who longed to be taught by the hundreds-year-old veteran, and his students all became highly trained and very strong individuals. Sagittel was a very deadly archer, even compared to the other elves, he could shoot and hit his targets from far away. With his magical bow, he could shoot an explosive projectile that could destroy several opponents from a distance, and in close combat he used his sharp, bladed bow as a staff and his magical sword at the same time. Also, Sagittel was one of those rare elven warriors who had magical powers from birth without being a wizard or mage himself.
After becoming an outcast and obtaining one of the Stones of Foundation, Sagittel became one of the most powerful supervillains in the world of Illis, as he was able to bring dead elven warriors back to life and use the artifact to create a huge town in a short time.
