The Saint Denis Urchins are minor antagonists in Red Dead Redemption II.
History[]
The street urchins of Saint Denis are homeless orphaned boys who resort to crime to make a living.
Upon entering Saint Denis, Arthur Morgan attempts to find the home of Angelo Bronte, who kidnapped Jack Marston. Arthur eventually comes across three urchins in an alleyway, who agree to help him for a fee. One of the urchins distracts Arthur on a tour while another, Cleet, steals Arthur's satchel. Arthur chases Cleet and either catches him and threatens him for Bronte's location or ends up cornered in Cleet's hangout, where the leader returns his satchel and reveals Bronte's location.
Arthur may encounter the urchins again, taunting him for his countryside origins. Arthur threatens them, they will run off. If Arthur gives chase, adult criminals will hold him at gunpoint and attempt to rob him.
Arthur may later find Brother Dorkins and Sister Calderón teaching the urchins how to read. One of the boys steals Sister Calderón's crucifix and Arthur has to give chase. Arthur finds the boy being attacked by a man whom he reasons with, and the boy runs away, dropping the crucifix.
