Saint Shalria is a minor antagonist in One Piece, serving as a major antagonist during the Sabaody Archipelago arc. She is a female Celestial Dragon who is the daughter of Saint Rosward and the younger sister of Saint Charlos.

She was voiced by Rumi Kasahara in Japanese and Tiffany Grant in English.

Personality[]

Shalria is a cold and ruthless woman who views everyone below her and the Celestial Dragons as inferior. When one of her slaves faints, she is dissatisfied and demands a replacement which shows her lack of empathy for those individuals below her and lack of patience when her slaves are not doing what she wants. Like most Celestial Dragons, Shalria does not care about the attacks she commits on other people and her slaves. Despite her merciless personality, Saint Shalria shows concern about her father and brother when they were attacked by the Straw Hat Pirates and express concern for their well being. Saint Shalria, like most Celestial Dragons, is xenophobic and have hatred towards the Fishmen.

Like all lower ranking Celestial Dragons, Shalria is too dimwitted when she doesn't know about the Void Century.

Biography[]

Shalria first appears when her slave, Devil Dias, escapes in Sabaody Archipelago, making her father comment on her carelessness in ruining his captain collection. After Dias' collar explodes, she mocks him, shoots him ,and then casually walks away, witnesses him getting killed and comments on how next time she wants a giant as her slave. She appears later at the slave auction that is operated by Donquixote Doflamingo. When Luffy punches her brother, Saint Charloss, she is surprised by the chaos and is surprised by her father, Saint Rosward, getting knocked out by pirates.
