The Saja Boys are the secondary antagonists of the 2025 Sony Pictures Animation animated musical fantasy film KPop Demon Hunters.
They are demons disguised as a boy band to steal human souls to feed to their master, Gwi-Ma. They are led by Jinu. The group includes Jinu, Mystery, Abby, Romance, and Baby, each with unique personalities and appearances.
Personality[]
The Saja Boys's exterior is charming, kind and respectful. In the game show where they were bowing, acting respectful around them. But as soon as no one is watching, they become sly, menacing and arrogant. Abby claims that Zoey keeps looking at his abs, showing their narcissism and superiority complex.
Appearance[]
In their true forms, the Saja Boys all resemble each other, having light purple-blue skin with demonic marks on it, claws and fangs, and bright yellow eyes with black, slit pupils. They wear black hanbok and gat hats that resemble the jeoseung saja, the Korean equivalent of the Grim Reaper.
In their human disguises, they all appear as handsome, glamorous, stylish, well-dressed young men each with different clothing, hairdos and accessories.

- In Korean culture "사자" (saja) means lion which is a pun to their band name and symbol. It can also refer to the jeoseung saja (저승사자), the traditional Korean grim reaper. It also shares the same pronouncation for the Korean word for 'a dead person'.
- Of all the members, Jinu is the only one to redeem himself.
- The group was inspired by real-life K-pop boy bands like BTS, Stray Kids, ATEEZ, BIGBANG, and MONSTA X, as well as Tomorrow X Together according to the film's creators.
- Their song releases in the film include "Soda Pop" and "Your Idol".
- While Mystery and Abby are killed fighting Zoey and Mira, respectively, in the film's climax, the fates of Baby and Romance are not shown, though it can be assumed they were slayed off screen.
