Samurai Ari Monster (サムライアリモンスタ Samurai Ari Monsutā) is a minor antagonist of Uchuu Keiji Gavan who appears in episode 7. It is an ant-like BEM Kaiju who helps Makuu with their robbery.
It is voiced by late Toku Nishio, who also voiced Conrad in Berserk 1997 anime.
Biography[]
That night, the Samurai Ari Monster infiltrates the rose garden where he hides inside one of the roses in the pot where it was found by a young girl named Kimi. The next morning, the rose where the monster is in it was delivered to the bank before it was put inside a car where the suitcase of money is to be put before it spews a poisonous venom which killed two of the policemen.
However, Retsu eventually discovering the Makuu's robbery and went to stop them. While Retsu is fighting against the Double Men and Crushers, the monster immediately attack him by firing an energy bolts at him, which prompts him to transform into Gavan. After Gavan defeating the Crushers, he and the monster are engaged in a fight where Gavan fired a Gavan Beam on it while they're on a train tracks. But unfortunately, Gavan wasn't able to stop their robbery in time.
To lure Retsu into their trap, the Double Men, Samurai Ari Monster and the Crushers break into Kimi's house where they held her and her family hostage. After Retsu got blinded by a gas bomb from a red rose that Kimi just held before, the monster and the Crushers were attacking him even while they're pursued on him. After the monster fired an energy bolts at him, Retsu managed to restore his sight and transform into Gavan. As they fought, both Gavan and the monster were dragged into Makuu Space. While they're continued to fight, the monster paralyzed him with an energy bolts before Gavan could deflect it back with a Full Power. Despite the monster turning invisible, Gavan managed to found it with Laser Scope and fired a Laser Z Beam at him. However, the monster grew into a giant size and spew a venom gas at him. Gavan then called upon Dol and attack it with a Screw Attack. The monster tried spew a venom spray again at Gavan, but it was attacked by a Dol Fire before it was finished by a Dol Laser.
