The San Fierro Rifa is an antagonistic gang in the video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
Description[]
The San Fierro Rifa is a Mexican street gang that resides in San Fierro. They manufacture drugs in their drug factory. Their leader is a Loco Syndicate member, T-Bone Mendez. They were dependent on T-Bone until his death. After T-Bone's death, they moved on Los Santos and resided in Big Smoke's Crack Palace. San Fierro Rifa has strong dislike towards the Mexican gangs. The San Fierro Rifa gang members are seen driving Stallions, Sabres, and Blades and listen to the radio station K-JAH West.

There are three San Fierro Rifa pedestrians;
- The first member wears a white fedora, turquoise bandanna, white beater, black slacks, suspenders, black shoes and has tattoos.
- The second member wears sunglasses, a turquoise bandanna, black vest, a cross necklace, blue slacks, brown shoes and has tattoos.
- The last member wears a collared blue T-shirt, turquoise bandanna, black slacks, suspenders, black shoes and also has tattoos.

The Loco Syndicate gives Carl a mission about defend the San Fierro Rifa's drug vehicle against Da Nang Boys.
Pier 69[]
The gang members seen while scouting on roof, in the Pier 69 with Ballas members, along with Ryder and T-Bone.
End of the Line[]
After T-Bone's death, they became allies with Big Smoke. They seen while defending him.

- Loco Syndicate: Their leaders are a member of Loco Syndicate.
- Ballas: They seen together in the Pier 69 and End of The Line, while defending T-Bone Mendez, Ryder and Big Smoke.
- Los Santos Vagos: San Fierro Rifa was hostile against Los Santos Vagos before, but at the end of the story, they appeared together to defend Big Smoke. Also, they deal drugs from each other via trains, as seen in the mission, Wrong Side of the Tracks.
- Russian Mafia: They seen together in End Of The Line to defend Big Smoke.
Enemies[]
- Varrios Los Aztecas: Their rival gang. The Rifa has strong dislike towards the Aztecas.
- Da Nang Boys: They are acting hostile towards each other. And, as seen in the mission, Outrider, the Da Nang members attempted to destroy the Rifa's drug vehicle.
- Grove Street Families: They are also hostile towards the GSF. However, only Carl Johnson. The gang members won't attack each other if they encountered.
- San Fierro Triads: They are hostile towards Wu Zi Mu and his gang.
