Sandy Witch is a minor antagonist from the Warner Brothers cartoon series Tiny Toon Adventures. She is a witch based on both Witch Hazel (Looney Tunes) and the witch from the fairy tale Hansel and Gretel. She and had a one-time appearance in the show in the "Buster's Directorial Debut" episode segment "Fit to Be Stewed"

Sandy in her disguised form looks like a cute red-headed girl in sleeveless red dress, a blue hat and stylish loafer shoes. Her true form however is that of a hideous witch with a very deep voice.

Biography[]

Sandy appeared in the episode segment "Fit to Be Stewed", a parody of "Hansel and Gretel". She lives in a house made of carrot cake and drew the attention of Buster and Babs when went for a walk in the woods. Sandy greeted the rabbits and invited them in to join her for a carrot meal. While Babs made herself at home, Buster was rightfully suspicious and his fears were confirmed when he opened a closet and discovered Sandy's witch cloak, hat, and broomstick. Sandy's true nature was quickly revealed when she was seen reading a book "How to Cook Rabbit" specifically recipe for two rabbit stew. Since it required real rabbits and not toon rabbits, Sandy prepared a trap with some more carrots she spiked with magic dust.
Buster tried to warn Babs of the danger but she continuously rebuffed him and was soon turned into a real rabbit upon eating Sandy's carrots she offered. Having ensnared Babs and knowing her ruse was up, Sandy transformed into her hideous true form and locked Babs in a cage before preparing to go after Buster.
Buster however proved harder to catch and Sandy resorted to ever more dangerous methods including chasing him with her army of vacuum cleaners and summoning her cutlery to try and kill him and Babs. Buster fought back and used various tricks and methods against her until Sandy had him cornered literally. But Sandy was ultimately turned into a goldfish thanks to some "emergency" magic dust on her wall that Buster used.
Despite Sandy's defeat, Buster decided not to change Babs back to her normal self until the end of the episode so she wouldn't bother him as he continued trying to film "Furrball on the Roof".
